					<description><![CDATA[Great article. As far as avoiding the conspiracy&#039;s health-destroying foods, that&#039;s a big topic. It&#039;s possible to research the biggest food companies they own and not buy from them. It&#039;s possible to avoid the most toxic ingredients they put into foods such as seed oils, endless variations of starches and sugars, and various other things - many of which are banned in other countries. But I find that most people don&#039;t want to give up their favorite health-wrecking junk foods, sodas, crackers, chips, cookies, candies, breads, pastries, etc. 

Think of how ridiculous it is when an LDS youth group or whatever has stuff like donuts and cookies and super sugary drinks for &quot;refreshments,&quot; and someone prays that the refreshments will nourish and strengthen everyone.]]></description>
