Basically he said that with the church factually being “off” and in need of correction, it’s something we need to trust God to do, although we don’t know when and how he will do it. If any church members speak out too much, they’ll just be silenced with excommunication.

I think the primary plan of current church leadership is to ignore anyone pointing out problems with Gadiantons amongst them (which goes back quite a few decades). They don’t want to draw attention to it, but may be forced to address it eventually if enough people start objecting to what’s been going on for quite some time now.
