But if it can be proven that a vast majority of those within an area have consented, then the person that doesn’t consent has every right to leave the society to which he does not consent. I agree wholly that if you cannot leave that which you do not consent to, you are a slave under a tyranny.

If you can’t opt out of paying them taxes and being subject to their rule, whatever they arbitrarily decide for you, then you’re a slave. There’s no such thing as a “right” for one person to rule over another who never consented to it, and isn’t allowed to withhold consent.
