Hi Ben. Nice to chat with you today. A no knock warrant reminds me of a pre-American Revolution document used by the British to stop smuggling. As you may know, it was call a Writ of Assistance. In 1760, James Otis, then an attorney for the Crown, gave a hours long repudiation of the Writ to a pack courtroom before he quit his job. Sitting in the room was a 26 year old John Adams. For those who do not know, a Writ of Assistance is a general search warrant. It does not name a place, a person or a thing to be searched for. It was the ultimate free pass. Read the 4th Amendment and see if this might be a reason for that Amendment. Be safe and well.

Amen, it’s corporate policies ,independent of the Rule of Constitutional Law.. They are pirates. Plundering the people-private businesses forcing their policies on us, we’re the “customers ” and according to SCOTUS findings can contract or not with whoever we want! So we don’t have to do business with them. Some of these deep state plunderers know they have no authority, and that they are heartless pirates, they don’t want us to let others know that they are!
Utah County officials are among the most corrupt in the STATE.
And as they say, in legal circles, “you can get a ham sandwich, indicted on probable cause!”

I too, am LDS. And, ashamed of those that violate our laws — in the name of the law. I too, have had my 4th Amendment violations to address. They came from Millard Co. We probably should speak at some point.
