what’s your last name again? Walker. Walker, that’s right. All right. So for last week, you know, don’t have a whole lot of minutes. Hopefully as the night goes on,
we’re still pretty early on, we’ll get some more folks on. But last week, we discussed some fake conspiracies. conspiracies, the focus being on the one that JFK was assassinated because of his printing of non -Federal Reserve notes.
He printed US notes and debunked that that wasn’t the case, that that was already law, that that wasn’t anything new that he was doing. And that they continued on.
and the law actually wasn’t even about US notes. It was about Silver certificates and that continued on until of course the Nixon administration and pulled out a lot of information just showing a lot of his talks and the things that he did promoting globalism,
promoting world government, promoting the the communist takeover of our economic system so there’s no reason you know why he would turn against the money you know the money changers and you know and then you have the his his push towards disarming the United States and making sure that all war was done through the United Nations and so he he really did just work to push the new world order and so and so I got an it
So what did they kill him for and you know just saying I didn’t feel at least that I’ve been able to uncover But there was enough data to say well, what was he killed for us? So I gave some options and things like was it the martyr effect because you know him being killed allowed a lot of things that Were being opposed to be able to move forward and with more massive support Things you know other options CIA CIA,
the mob, different things like that, but without, you know, a smoking gun of, you know, what it was that killed him. That doesn’t, you know,
I didn’t want to speculate on what the reason was, we just know what the reason wasn’t. And so, and things, and so we just kind of, I focused on things along those lines, and so that we could start to make sure that when we talk about the conspiracy that we can make sure that we’re accurate.
because accuracy of previous conspiracies helps us to be credible for current and future conspiracies that come out. And so it’s important for us to not make heroes out of individuals that aren’t heroes,
such as Lincoln and, and Kennedy those are two people that the mainstream media that the government schools all promote as so to the group. greatest presidents ever when that’s just not the case those are two of the worst presidents ever frankly and so it’s important for us to to to recognize and to realize that so that way as we gain our credibility but also it helps us when we know false conspiracies it helps us to
identify false ones in the future as well so that way we’re not sucked into a lot of the nonsense that that goes on so So any questions, comments or anything that we’d like to bring up just regarding last week’s training?
Hopefully that’s helpful for you, Carmen. You can I don’t have the last week’s training up yet. So OK, I didn’t have a chance to have you watch that. But hopefully it’s helpful for you. And so just kind of some updates we had are I was hoping there’d be some more people from last weekend’s Event down in St.
George Allen’s here. So that’s great. I’d like Allen if you could I didn’t ask you in advance But would you be willing to give us kind of some an overview some things that you got out of it and just kind of Give us a report on our all -day event on Saturday You’re muted if you I don’t know if you’re available to to talk to us Alan Yeah,
I hated to do that in school It’s always missed out the good stuff Missed out on what doing what on a lot of the good stuff The presentation down St.
George had a lot of stuff in I hadn’t seen before so it seems like every time I come to one of the presentations and I don’t have my notes in front of me but what I got out of it is the conspiracy is working day and night to pacify people and hold down patriots,
make us feel like we’re wearing tinfoil hats. But as far as poking out direct things, I think I was thinking too much and getting ready to talk too much to pay real close attention to take notes.
– Easy to do and you got a lot going on. Okay. Well, it was, it was a good event. Um, we had, it was a full room and it’s something that, uh,
that I learned, right? So a lot of times with our previous classes that we’ve done, um, when it’s free, you know, but we make people register, um, you have probably about a, what is it? About a 50 to 60 % show up rate.
And then when you charged a couple of bucks, it may be increased it just to tad. tad. But this one, we included a meal and which made the cost increase dramatically. And so we had more than 100 % in attendance.
So more than, more than everybody that registered showed up. So that was, you know, I always like high percentages of attendance. That’s, you know, a good sign of success. And,
and so that was, I was really grateful for that. It was I, something else I liked about it was that majority of the people that were there were not members of the Tree of Liberty Society and not, not that I don’t want our members,
of course, to show up to things, but it’s always, you know, it’s, it’s important to not just always preach to the choir and to hopefully be an opportunity to bring more people into the fold and what we’re doing.
And so I’ll be spending this week following up with those that attended. attended. And so in the next, we have a couple of events coming up.
Let me bring this up. So I mentioned before how we were going to do the Constitution Party National Convention.
We were going to have a booth there. Let me bring up the text message I got. So on Friday, I’m. I’m driving down to St. George, and I get a call from a guy back east,
and his name’s Jim Clymer. I don’t know if anybody knows that name, but oh, I don’t have it. He didn’t give me the date. Okay, I looked it up again. So he’s the head of the Constitution Party nationally.
And he gave me a call and said, “Would you be willing to speak?” on Saturday, which is the main day where, you know, they do, most people come because it’s a weekend. And asked me if I would be willing to speak to their national convention.
So it’s going to be Wednesday, April 24 through Saturday, April 27. And on the Wednesday. Thursday and Friday, we’ll need people in the afternoon to evening to help us with booths.
And then on Saturday, basically all day is what we’ll need help with. So if any of you are available, the 24th to the 27th, please, it’s going to be in Salt Lake City. So if you’re going to be in,
if you’re available to come to Salt Lake City and help out with our table to distribute material and sell books, that would be very helpful. And your attendance and your volunteering for that would be very much appreciated.
So that’s an event that’s coming up. And then in Idaho, we have a convention there that I’ve been asked to speak at as well. And I’ll be talking about both of those a little bit later on as we get into it.
But we have a lot of things that we’re working on and that if anybody is able to volunteer for those, it would be greatly appreciated. So it’s really great because this will be people all over the country that will be coming to Salt Lake and so this will be a great opportunity for us to be able to reach people you know in many different areas across the country.
We have people in about a you know so what are we at now about 12 different different states across the country that are members of the Tree of Liberty Society. And we have a member in Canada and a member in Japan now.
And so we’re really growing and expanding out to a lot of different places. And so we’re getting a lot of great opportunities. And this will be another one of those opportunities to reach more people in more places to help spread the message of liberty and real solutions,
the things that really work. to be able to restore lost liberty. So your help in these things will be greatly appreciated. Any questions or anything like that so far? Okay.

just for newer people or just as a reminder, I always encourage everyone to go through the bootcamp and to please share the bootcamp with others. but I wanted to do um this last week with you know it’s uh with the um with it was five out well I think it was five hours yeah it was eleven to four almost five actually so it might have been six hours that I went through the bootcamp and gave additional information one
of the things that I was able to do for them was to give them an update uh part of which is what I’m going to do tonight for you, on what’s going on with the response to the attacks on me and my family in the Tree of Liberty Society throughout,
you know, the past years and of course just recently with the no -knock raid. And, you know, I’m not sure if I’m going to have to work out more or whatnot,
but speaking for five, six hours straight really, you know, its toll on me. I’m pretty sore still, so. But I’m gonna be just kind of getting into that. So the road here, talking about some of the things that,
what led us to the situation that we’re at? Why would they do this, right? You said, no one else does what we do. And we expose,
of course, the left -right paradigm. Some of these are things that other people do in varying degrees of success. But overall, nobody does what we do. They expose the conspiracy both nationally and locally.
Nobody else does that. Expose the get free quick schemes like sovereign citizen movements. Things that you have, you know, all you have to do is turn in your birth certificate or turn in your driver’s license or spell your name with lower,
you know, lowercase letters. Things like that, you know, the faulty nature of them. And that Satan doesn’t say, oh my goodness, you spelled your name in lower case letters,
now I’m gonna leave you alone, exposing how those things don’t work, expose fake freedom leaders in government and fake freedom organizations. Too many people are afraid to do,
especially fake freedom organizations. Too often, we get into this mind -boggling, of we just need to be working with everyone no matter what, not understanding that most of these other organizations with minor exceptions are either designed by the conspiracy to lead people astray or their leaders have fallen for one of the conspiracies programs.
And so whether they’re part of it or not, they’re implementing it. We expose how modern solutions are designed to get you out of the battle and are making things worse. That’s something nobody else talks about.
We are bringing about loss understanding of what the founding fathers and others really did to establish liberty throughout time. Too many people are afraid to talk about those things.
And so they stick to the safe things that everybody talks about that don’t work. that are designed not to work. We answer what a tyrant is and the moral response we should have to them.
And we have weekly trainings where we build solid foundations on these topics and so that we have more people that are more informed on what we’re supposed to be doing and what is not going to work and why it doesn’t work and to avoid those things and to help others understand why those things…
things don’t work. And so we are different than everyone else. This was a topic that an individual, it comes up often and it came up this weekend is how do we get all of the different quote unquote liberty groups together?
And I had to explain to them that it’s not just we’re all doing the same thing, but we have different personalities personalities and egos. That’s not the case at all.
I would make maybe it is amongst the others, but we’re different. It’s not the same. We are not doing the same thing. And what we’re doing and the differences between us and them are essential differences that we can’t work with them on because they are implementing the conspiracies agenda knowingly or not.
And they refuse to accept one or more other things that we have listed right here. Does somebody have a question or a comment they wanted to chime in on of that?
Okay. And so this has led us to a situation where, you know, I was constantly harassed either on the road,
being pulled over or in this case right here. We have a DUI checkpoint blocking my driveway So I can’t leave my house I can’t go home from being gone without going through this harassment from the local sheriff’s department and Then a little bit after that we have my house burned down with children’s plague with and just the house and car and everything we have inside of it completely destroyed.
And when the fire department comes out, they refuse to put out the fire. And then after the after the fire burns itself out, they refuse to investigate the cause of the fire. And then a little bit after that,
my daughter’s in the hospital and I look for alternative treatments. And so the hospital calls CPS on me. and CPS attempts to kidnap my daughter making false claims that I’m trying to starve her or make it so she doesn’t you know prevent her from drinking any water and and then we have what’s going on just this last November December with the SWAT team having a no knock raid on my house and so what I want to do
has been working with this lawyer that reached out to me after I did the report myself, going over, you know, the Constitution is easy to read. And the law is,
you know, sometimes it’s English. You can make it out. You don’t have to be a lawyer as people want you to think that you’d have to be. But there are some people that wanna say, okay, is there a third party?
Is there somebody, you know, just has been being dramatic? right? And, and so the lawyer that reached out to me, I asked him to do a video for me to talk about his interpretation,
right? Somebody has a, a non, somebody that’s not connected to it. Somebody that others in the world that care about titles are going to, are going to say, okay, he knows what he’s talking about. A and B,
he’s not connected to me. He doesn’t know me. We’ve never met each other. other than, you know, I’ve talked to him on the phone and I did this Zoom call. We’ve never been in the same room together. We don’t know each other outside of this.
And he just has, you know, what I said happened and then what the police, you know, what their defense was. And so I did a 45 minute recording with him and I paired it down to about just under 15 minutes of a 45 minute recording with him.
kind of the the meat and potatoes of his interpretation of what happened and then what do we do from here like what’s next and so from from a from his perspective and so I want to play this for you tonight to to show what we’re doing and what we’re what we need to do and what I need to ask from from all of you so I’m going to play this now okay my name is is Randall.
– Yeah. – Ben, do you want me to take minutes on what he’s saying? – Yes, please. – I will. – Okay. And for those two seconds,
you could hear that, right? – No. – I am a lawyer with my office in Balmantofu, Utah. I, hey,
my name is Randall at Nebraska. – Can you hear that? Yes. Okay. I am a lawyer with my office in bountiful Utah. I practice law in Utah,
Nevada, California, and Arizona. That’s where I’m licensed. I’ve been practicing since 1982. So I’ve been at this now for this will be my 42nd year of law practice.
In my practice, I have both represented and sued numerous law enforcement people. In fact, I worked for the city attorney’s office in Reno.
I was chief deputy city attorney there for quite a while, and then also I was an assistant city attorney in the city of Salt Lake. In both of those cases, I represented police altitude.
So that’s a little bit of my background. Now, what I can tell you about about the case that I was looking at for Ben McClintock. Ben had been the recipient of a visit from our police department in Utah County.
And as I looked at what it is that he had written, it piqued my interest because those are the kinds of cases that I both brought and defended. I contacted Ben and we we talked for a little bit.
I said well I want you to send me a copy of the search warrant because as it turns out the thing that was alleged against him was that he was running either a marijuana farm,
b a meth lab or three or c a mushroom farm or psychedelic mushrooms. So he sent me a copy of the search warrant and it was pathetic.
It was essentially two pages and quarter in which it didn’t really give any basis for believing that there was any kind of cause,
let alone probable cause to go into this thing. And then it said in the bottom that the affiant, who was the person who had written the affidavit, believed that the property and evidence was evidence of the crime.
of possession and operation of a lab, possession of precursor chemicals, and cultivation of marijuana. So they were able to go any time of day or night, and this was a no -knock warrant without a requirement of knocking and announcing or giving prior notice of authority or purpose.
And I looked at that and thought, what on earth is going on? Well, because under the standards that we have under the state of Utah, in order in order to get a no -knock warrant,
in fact, I’ll look at the statute here. It says that a no -knock warrant, well, it is in Utah code and it’s in section 77 -7 -1,
and then there are a whole bunch of them behind that, but 77 -6 talks about forcible entry and a knock and announce warrant, and then it also has that there are are exceptions for a knock and announce.
And those exceptions are where there is probable cause to believe that exigent circumstances exist due to destruction of evidence. That’s one of them. There is reasonable suspicion to believe exigent circumstances exist due to the physical safety of an officer or an individual inside or near proximity to the building.
And even under those circumstances. under 77 -7 -8, the officer is supposed to immediately announce who it is that he is. Well,
there is another statute under Utah law. And it is called the no knock warrant statute. It is 77 -7 -8 .1. And it defines a no knock warrant as a lawful search warrant that authorizes entry into a building without notice.
And then it says, the affidavit will describe, number one, why the officer believes the suspect is unable to be detained or the resident serves using less invasive or less confrontational methods.
That’s number one. Number two, investigational activities that have been undertaken to ensure the correct building is identified and the potential harm to innocent third parties, the building and officers may be minimized or or the presence or imminent threat of serious bodily injury or death to a person inside,
outside, or in near proximity to the building. And it goes on to say that it can be served pretty much any time. So there’s got to be really compelling exigent circumstances in order for you to get and justify a no -knock warrant.
So I asked Ben, well, you have a copy of the affidavit. He said, no, all they did was give me this two and a half page search warrant. I said, well, okay, let’s get a copy of that affidavit then.
So he asked for a copy of the affidavit. Now, it’s been my experience that it’s not atypical for different government offices when they are actually required to give the foundational justification for what it is they’re doing.
And it requires that there actually be something written. They’re gonna put you off as long as they can. You file what’s known as a grandma request. They’re required to give you a response within a certain number of days.
I think it’s 10 days. In this case, they initially said, well, we think that there’s an exception here because there’s information in this affidavit that might be privileged or something like that.
And then ultimately, they went ahead and gave it. Well, once I got a copy of this affidavit, I could see that there was a problem. But as you look at the affidavit, now remember what the criteria is.
The affidavit has to show why the officer believes the suspect is unable to be detained or the resident search is less invasive or less confrontational methods. Why that couldn’t be done.
this affidavit said nothing about that. There was nothing in here that indicated that there was a suspect that he believed would be unable to be detained, or that there was some reason that the resident’s search couldn’t be done with less invasive or less confrontational methods,
nothing at all in this affidavit to that effect. Well, then you go down to the next one and the presence, or anything else, threat of serious bodily injury or death To a person inside outside in or in near proximity to the bill.
Nothing like that at all in this affidavit either In fact, it’s really basically a bunch of love This is sort of a typical in my view But then we have interestingly enough finally we get to the fact fact,
and the facts that are justifying not just a no -knock warrant, but any kind of a warrant are pretty thin. He says, “I was contacted by patrol deputies regarding suspicious activity at a home.” Didn’t tell us what these suspicious activities were.
>>> It’s not on my black, my name is… >>> He says, “The deputies described to me, “I was contacted by patrol deputies regarding suspicious activity at a home.” activity at the home and provided me a photo of a device Here again, we have no evidence at all. No description Description of what this so -called suspicious activity could be.
I don’t know what that means. There’s no definition under law as to what suspicious activity might be. But we have here that if you look at the photo and it looked like,
oh my gosh, a window had been removed. There were holes in it and the holes as we’re exiting the home and typing into a device that’s partially concealed in a window.
Is that what’s suspicious to you? That looks suspicious to me. But then he goes on to say, here’s what it could be. Let me read. But he goes on to say the patrol deputies. Now,
get this. This isn’t even the guy who’s making out the affidavit. He’s relying on hearsay from patrol deputies. They believe the home is operating a meth lab.
So he did research on the retters of the home, and he couldn’t find any meth involvements, although you’ll notice that on the warrant. warrant, that was one of the specific things they were looking for, despite the fact that there was no meth involved,
that there was no history of that. Then I met other detectives and we decided we’d apply for a warrant. So then he got a warrant to obtain power billets, and they showed that they were using $20 to $30 a month more than the home to the north.
So why? Therefore. Here’s what he brought up. Well, you have the totality of the evidence, my training and experience, which includes taking down meth labs and numerous DAB labs.
I think that with the discovery of the device, the heat difference in the power bill, I think there’s a THC lab in a marijuana grow or maybe a psilocybin lab. I’m not really sure.
And I’m requesting the authority to enter the home and secure the evidence and destroy the lab property before it catastrophizes. catastrophic incident takes place. Now, if you look at the statute here,
there’s nothing about catastrophic incidents. And of course, there’s no definition in this affidavit as to what it is that you thought might take place. But is there an issue here as to why they just couldn’t actually just knock on the door and say,
“Can we come in? We got a warrant?” Is there a present or imminent threat of serious bodily injury or death through a person inside or outside? We have no idea because he doesn’t say anything like that,
which is required for the affidavit in order to get that kind of a search warrant. And then he says, “I want a search warrant and it should be issued for the seizure of said items any time of day or night because there’s a reason to believe it’s necessary to seize it prior to being concealed.” destroy it damaged or for other good reason.
Well, if you’ve got a meth lab, even knocking on the door, somebody’s not going to be able to run downstairs and destroy the meth lab. That’s not the way meth labs work.
They destroy a marijuana farm in the time that it takes between when a cop knocks on the door and says, “I got a warrant and I want to go downstairs “and see what’s going on.” Not very likely.
likely. But he goes ahead and says, “I’m requesting that only if needed the Texan have the option to go at night under the cover of darkness.” Well,
that’s what it is that was the basis. I have represented cops and I’ve sued cops. Cops have pretty much a license to do whatever they want.
We as a society give police officers officers the ability to lawfully shoot and kill someone. And I have represented many cops who had that exact idea.
I can do whatever I want and I can probably get some sort of legal cover for it. More than you’d suspect, often you will find that the situation is one in which they don’t like either A,
somebody’s political beliefs or B, somebody who’s calling them out. If you have a police officer or you have a police department that is abusing its authority,
what’s the best way to take care of that? Do an internal investigation and see if there’s really a problem? No. Get rid of the bad cops? Oh no. The way we take care of this is we harass the guy who’s making trouble for us to the point that he’s really has no choice but to shut up.
How do we do that? We raid his home. We pull him over. We get him out of the car. We put him on handcuffs. We tell him that we want him to do an alcohol test.
We do whatever it takes, and finally this guy is gonna get the message. He’s gonna leave us alone. So after I looked down over, I called up Ben and I said, “Who did this?” you make mad?” What’s going on here?
Because this doesn’t make any sense. And he explained to me that he’s blown the whistle. He’s blown the whistle on the cops. He’s blown the whistle on the political system.
And it all made sense to me. So given all of that, the answer to the question, what are they afraid of, Ben? Well, I think they’re afraid of the fact fact that you’re a troublemaker and they want to shut you up.
Because as I’ve looked this over, I don’t see that there’s any basis for it. Now, what that does is it raises the question. Well, how about filing a lawsuit against the cops?
I mean, if they’re bad, should I file a lawsuit? Here’s the problem that we have. There are two problems. One of them is societal, one of them is legal. The legal problem is legal. is when you sue the cops, they have what’s known as qualified immunity.
The qualified immunity is going to make sure that that cop and the police department for that matter are basically going to win. The societal issue, especially in Utah,
is this. We are in Utah in a situation in which the vast majority of people here here are members of the LDS Church.
Now, what that means is that there is an overwhelming deference to authority. Officer friendly, he’s the one who administers the DARE program.
He’s the guy who’s keeping our streets safe. We’re going to defer to him. When I represented police officers, I walked into court knowing that I had about an 85 to 90 % percent chance of winning before my cop ever took the stand and opened his mouth.
Why? Because I could put him in a nice blue uniform. He’d walk in there and there was some poor citizen that was claiming that this officer had somehow defeated their rights, beat him up,
hurt them, something, especially in good old Utah, where it’s like, hey, we’re already living in too woke a world and to accuse a police officer. officer of some sort of discrimination.
I mean, that has to kind of start raining. So that’s about as much as I can tell you. It looks to me like they went after Ben because frankly, they didn’t like him. They didn’t like what he was saying.
They didn’t like what he stood for. And if they could harass him through some sort of legal or even, for that matter, extra judicial means, they were going to do it. They answered to the question,
what are they afraid of, Ben? Well, I think they’re afraid of the fact that you’re a troublemaker and they want to shut you up. Okay. So there’s a few things there is you have this lawyer who is,
you know, he is, he looks at cases regularly and not only just legal cases in general, but cases dealing with police specifically on both sides.
He’s represented police and he’s sued police and so and and being detached emotionally and you know from from the situation he came to the same conclusion so I just I thought it was good to show that I’m not you know just in in general you know with everything that we talk about I like to be clinical right and even though this of course is going to have a naturally more personal effect to it,
to me, right? It would generally say, oh, he’s going to be more, you know, emotionally charged about it. But I think, you know, showing what how I’ve reported what what what happened.
The history behind it and then having him essentially say the exact same thing. Shows that I’ve been very, you know, that. that that what I’ve said is accurate it’s not there is nothing being blown up out of proportion not being dramatic that is what I’ve said is exactly what’s going on and the reasons behind it are clearly exactly what are the reasons behind it that’s you know this is a second witness and somebody
that’s detached from it has no emotional connection to it says the same exact thing thing. Does anybody have any questions before we move on about anything that he said?

Uh, if I remember in the video, you know, when those guys approached you cause you were outside, right? Right. It didn’t seem like they were, like they had any,
what did he call them, X. Excited, you know, like any urgency to, right? You know what I’m saying? Like it doesn’t make sense.
even the way that they approach it. you when you were outside the house, they weren’t scared or anything like they’re all freaking out or anything. Right. They knew that there was no real threat. Correct. So I mean,
even their action show that it doesn’t make sense. Right. Yep. And so that gets into something that I’ve mentioned before. And that is what the lawyer said as well as the idea.
Right. So when my when when the CPS. agent tried to kidnap my daughter and lied, and I had proof, I had audio proof of him saying that he had no proof of what he was claiming,
and that they were dropping the charges. I took that to the sheriff and the county attorney, and they both said that they had qualified immunity, that he can lie in the pursuance of his job,
and that they’re not going to press charges. So and then we have this case where the same thing where the lawyer said the same thing, qualified immunity plus you have the culture where between those two things you have no legal standing and then you have nobody in the community essentially that would convict the the officers because they would give them the benefit of the doubt and then the fact that that the sheriff
and a judge both signed off on the warrant, they’re not going to press charges. The county attorney, who is basically best buds with the sheriff is not going to file charges with the outfit that approved the no knock warrant.
This is a conspiracy that is trying to silence me as the lawyer says that is the reason why they are doing this. They are trying to make sure. sure that I stop doing what I’m doing.
And so what is what does that mean, right? There’s no legal recourse. And this is what I’ve been saying, right? This is everything that the boot camps are about. This is everything that we’ve been saying is the things that everybody is saying is how you restore lost liberty isn’t how you restore lost liberty.
That’s not how that works. And so we what we have to do is look at what it is that they’re trying to do and that what they’re trying to do is they’re trying to silence me. And so what I’m asking and pleading with all of you is to help me not be silenced.
And so of course your membership in the Tree of Liberty Society is a major part of that. Any financial support that allows me to be able to do this,
is what allows me not to be silenced, okay? But there are some other things along that, okay? So what we see here is that it’s rare, right? And it clearly illustrates the fact that I mentioned earlier that we are substantially different from other organizations.
What has happened to me doesn’t happen to other organizations or individuals. in the freedom movement, generally speaking, which shows that we’re different. You have also that we’re not just another freedom of organization that we just have simple,
you know, we’re just we have personality differences. That’s not the case. We’re different. We’re not a club. We’re not a think tank. We are the foundations and beginning infrastructure of something that the conspiracy is afraid of.
of. They don’t do that and let the things that they’re doing to me unless they’re afraid of what we’re doing. And if this isn’t happening to an organization or other information outlet,
that means that they’re not doing what the conspiracy fears. And so what they’re afraid of is in what we’re doing and they want to silence us. Okay. And so to help us not be silenced,
there’s some things that we need to do. do. And so some calls to action that I’m asking all of us to do. We need to keep spreading what they want silenced.
And so we do that by of course sharing our links on social media, email groups, and individuals. That’s an easy, you know, hopefully easy thing to do. It doesn’t cost anybody anything extra.
It helps more people see what we’re doing and become introduced to what we’re doing and helps us to not be silenced. Another thing is to order more books,
to distribute books to more people, help us to be able to distribute books. If you don’t have anybody to distribute them to, then, you know, buy them or donate and then say,
“Hey, Ben, don’t ship them to me, ship them to the people that you have.” But we need to distribute more books. We need to get books out to more people. Invite people into your home to go through the boot camps.
Invite people in your home to, you know, to hear about what we’re doing. Invite friends to, of course, to join and support the Tree of Liberty Society and what it is that we’re doing.

Next thing is, is magnify our voice. So we have the Idaho State Convention coming up where I’ve been invited to be the keynote speaker, the main speaker of their event, where hundreds will be there looking for solutions in one place.
We’ll have our table with material to distribute with the opera and books to sell and the opportunity to recruit possibly hundreds of new members if we have the material there to get out to them.
Like I mentioned in the beginning of the call tonight, we have the Constitution Party National Convention. This isn’t their state convention. This is every, you know, delegate and activist for the Constitution Party.
from all over the country will be coming to Salt Lake City, where I’m going to be the speaker on the day that’s going to have the most people in attendance at the convention. We’re going to have a table all,
what is that, four days, and we need material to be able to distribute and sell at that event as well. And we also have an opportunity with Kate Dally,
who has a national audience with millions of people. of listeners that are looking for solutions. They’re already kind of closer to that mindset than compared to advertising on Glenn Beck,
for example, right? It’s going to be different. It’s going to be people that are even more understanding that there’s a conspiracy and even more understanding the corruption in government than other radio talk show hosts.
And she’s friendly. And so she’s going to be even more passionate about promoting us. And so we have an opportunity to advertise on her national program. And so not just,
you know, every once in a while I’ll be a guest on her show, but if we have the resources to be able to advertise on her program.
And so there is a… a, she has a traditional price where you charge month to month or a huge discount if we are able to pay the full year in advance.

of course, we need to raise money to be able to advertise on her program for the year up front and in advance. I need to be able to buy books, enough books to be able to have there.
So I need to be able to pre -order them right now as soon as possible. to be able to get them here on time, to be able to have at the Constitution Party, and to be able to have at the Idaho Convention, and to be able to print materials and have professional looking materials out there to put the best foot forward to have at this event.
And so what I’m gonna be doing is, I’m announcing it here tonight, but I’m also gonna be everybody that, even if they’re not members, everybody that is a member that watches the recording of this,
we’ll know about this. And then I’ll be doing a video for the website. And then I’ll also have another YouTube channel that is allowing you to come on to invite people to help us out on this.
And so reaching out for this. And so we have a goal of being able to accomplish bare minimum all of this. is we need to raise bare minimum of $7 ,000.
I just started reaching out to people. We’ve raised today about $300 for this. And of course more is better, but if we can reach that 7 ,000, we can do all of this bare minimum.
And so there’s different things that we can do. Anybody that can ship in why calling me and we can do an order of the… phone, you can mail me a check, you can do a Venmo,
lots of different ways that you can donate. If there are people that you know that say, “Hey, maybe I’m not a member of the Tree of Liberty Society, but I want to help somebody that’s being oppressed by the government and abused by the government to be able to stand up and magnify their voice against this oppressive force,
let me donate.” If you know people like that, please. have them reach out to me or, you know, invite them to give to what we’re doing, and just go to the website to be able to donate. That’s kind of the easiest way to do it for most folks.
And if you own a business, you can, there’s ways to make this tax deductible because it’ll be a, and we can make it an advertising expense. And so that’s,
you know, so that’ll make it easier for business owners to be able to make a bigger gift. But hopefully we have everybody be willing to step up at the plate and say, hey, whatever it is,
five bucks, 10 bucks, 100, you know, we in $1 ,000, whatever we can do to help us do this. So we can say, no, we’re not going to allow them to do this.
We’re going to make sure that the Tree of Liberty Society’s voice is expanded, that Ben is in a position to be able to, you know, putting my family or safety on the line to be able to make sure that this information is discovered and then put out there to more people,
we need a bigger platform to be able to do that and I need your help to be able to make that a reality. And so for your average person, you just send them to the Tree of Liberty Society, they can,
if you just send them the donate link, they can go here, it has the Venmo link, has my phone number so they can call me and they can, you know find out any other way They want to help out whether they want to you know If they’ve got some you know precious metals They want to donate if they you know There’s some other way they wanted me to meet with them to pick up cash Whatever it is or they can give on the
website with their credit card or they can call me and we can do a credit card over the phone Whatever it is. This is you know, this is the time that I’m asking us to to sacrifice more I try not to make this about,
you know, financial gifts and financial help, but it’s just the reality of the situation is right now this is the fastest way for us to be able to make sure that we’re not only not silenced,
right? To not be silenced, their minimum is to make it so I’m able to do this. And then to be able to expand past that is to, you know, we need to be able to raise the funds to be able to have have the things available to be able to reach the larger audiences through other,
you know, distribution channels. And so this is what really we’re working on right now. I’m asking us all to be able to hopefully,
you know, sacrifice, you know, even I’m going to ask us to sacrifice, you know, and see what we can do to make this a reality. [BLANK _AUDIO] And it would be something that would be huge.
I think it will play, pay long -term dividends where we have, just we sacrifice now and then that helps us to grow. And then that really creates a snowball effect where more people are knowing about us.
And then it grows to a point where we really can reach the people that we need to be able to reach to turn this, to really start to grow. go on the offense and help people restore lost liberty.
And so we’ve got a few minutes left before the official training is over. I want to turn over some time to all of you to ask questions to see if there’s something,
you know, is there an angle that we can do to you can see that, hey, I can help out this way? Or you mean if there’s anything that you know, more information that helps you feel more comfortable to me?
make the sacrifice that we need to make right now to make these things a reality because lawsuits aren’t going to work. That’s not in the cards. And so we need to do and make possible what it is that they’re afraid of.

If we could come up with some really terrific memes that would go out and be viral, this could be an inexpensive way to get the message out.
Memes are good, but right now we’re seeing a massive shadow banning. banning on all of the social media platforms, not allowing people to see what we’re doing. They are removing followers from we’ve lost probably a thousand.
Just we are gaining. People are saying follow, follow, follow like on Instagram. But Instagram is removing followers on their own. And I get people reach out to me saying, I never unfollowed you. But but Instagram unfollowed me from you.
And so those are helpful and they are, you know, it’s. a good thing to do, but we also have to recognize that the social media companies are shadow banning us and removing them. – Oh yeah, well,
of course they are, but there’s a couple of them that you might be able to get into. I don’t know about them ’cause I’m not much of one for the social media stuff that Frank speech and maybe truth social would be more likely to not do that.
And you certainly would read. people that are more patriotic minded. That’s good. Thank you. Absolutely. Say something again.

We have a lot of patriots here and a lot of members of the Church who’d be interested as well I’m wondering if your books are Utah centric and if they are that’s fine.
They still they still show key patterns and key principles but I don’t know I I would love to get start talking about this and I Don’t know start meeting in person with some people here.
So I’m wondering if it’s like like I said Utah century So the the books are Utah well Well, the invasion books are Utah centric, but that’s written in the,
in the point that here is the case study. And here is how to. This is happening everywhere. And these are the, these are the ways to identify it where you’re at. And so,
so hopefully. If it’s in one, if it’s in one state, it’s in every state. And this is how you find it in your state. Yep. And I’d be glad to, yeah, work with you. Thank you. and help you with that whether it’s remotely or there’s some way We can work a way to get out there.
