TRANSCRIPT
Part 8, so we’re continuing with emotional manipulation that we talked about last
time as a major tool of the conspiracy with their modern propaganda. Let’s start off
right. Okay, in Matthew 24, we have these scriptures I wanted to share with you.
And Jesus answered and said unto them, Take heed that no man deceive you, for many
shall come in my name, saying I am Christ, and shall deceive many, and many false
prophets shall arise, and deceive many.” So I’ve been talking about deception a lot,
and who does it and how.
I found this scripture in 2 Thessalonians, this is the apostle Paul speaking.
And then, at the time of Christ’s second coming,” he’s referring to, “shall that
wicked be revealed, whom the Lord shall consume with the spirit of his mouth,
and shall destroy with the brightness of his coming. Even him who’s coming is after
the working of Satan, with all power and signs and lying wonders,
and with all deceivableness of unrighteousness in them that perish because they
receive not the love of the truth that they might be saved and for this cause God
shall send them strong delusion that they should believe a lie that they all might
be damned to believe not the truth but had pleasure in unrighteousness.
Make some important principles I want you I make mental note of as we move forward
with our training today. So just to recap from last time,
when we’re talking about emotional manipulation, here are those areas that we ended
off with where the conspiracy grooms you. Big, big areas that seem to work pretty
well. I see them a lot, and you probably see this a lot too. So real quickly,
childhood nostalgia, fantastic new experiences,
patriotism, holidays and false traditions, sports, shows,
theater and music, and religious devotion. So these will come to play in how the
conspiracy will use this emotional manipulation on you. And as a recap as well,
let’s talk about what a fallacy is. So the conspiracy manipulators use fallacies.
They are dishonest tricks. So if someone is emotionally manipulating you, trying to
get you to do what they want, it is dishonest. Okay, even if you’re allowing them
to do it, it’s still an unprincipled thing to do. We accept it all the time,
but it is unprincipled. Heavenly Father does not use emotional manipulation.
Jesus Christ did not use and does not use emotional manipulation.
And anything that is principled won’t do this and use this. Okay, that’s important
to remember. And yet it’s been around forever.
So These are some ads that employ emotional manipulation,
“Oh, you’ll be lovelier if you use this product.” Then we get to a point where
they don’t even show the product anymore, it’s just about the feeling or idea that
they want you to be won over by some famous person. I think different. That was a
big Mac /Apple campaign. They So, you know,
if you don’t stop climate change, you’ll turn into this guy.
And then this is very recent from Coca -Cola. They’re kind of using user created
content and companies used to use, corporations used to use like contests.
It’s the same idea of having, you know, the buyers kind of chime in and come up
with content and if you they pick your ad that you use That you make using
artificial intelligence. It can be put on a billboard in London or something
Exciting. So these tactics though, there’s really nothing new and any of this it’s
just it takes on new forms But the principles of emotional manipulation have been
around forever.
So how does propaganda best reach the masses today? I think everyone knows this.
And it’s so effective, they’re going to keep doing it.
So it’s through online hashtag connection, social media, and advancing technology.
So I was going to say online technology, But there’s always new things. There’s
always something else that they’re going to do, something meta, something 5D,
whatever it will be. It will be through technology that they’re going to reach the
masses. So it’s really important that you’re connected.
This is from that article that I referred to last time from Forbes .com.
emotion, the super weapon of marketing and advertising. It talks about storytelling
can be an indispensable tool here for connection. Stories can be compelling and easy
to share. They can help trigger the emotions you may need to get your desired
outcome, meaning out of your perspective buyers, your victims.
I found this was interesting. This was a website, I don’t know how to pronounce it,
Priyatope .com, no idea how to pronounce that. It was, this blog showed a bunch of
different examples of emotional advertisement and the different angles by which they
might entice connection out of you. Let me read this photograph this frequently asked
question. What is an emotional advertisement? Emotional advertising is a marketing
technique that aims to create a solid emotional connection between the audience and
the advertised product, brand, or message. The strategy focuses on evoking human
emotions such as joy, sadness, fear, anger, or nostalgia in consumers to establish a
memorable and connection. Okay, it’s not enough that you just buy their product.
They want you for life. They want you, they want your children, they want your
children’s children, this generational connection. I kid you not.
Continuing, instead of highlighting product features or rational arguments, emotional
advertising strives to resonate with consumers deeper by tapping into their emotions.
Okay. So going back to these ads, they’re not talking about like that,
that Apple computer ad thing different. They don’t even show the computer. They’re
not even telling you what the product does. They’re not selling you on what its
functions are and how much RAM it has and how helpful it will be.
It’s completely not even important. What’s important is the emotional connection and
tapping in. They create that fake, you know, rivalry like Coke versus Pepsi,
where it’s like PC versus Mac is the same. Yeah, rivalry. Yeah, that could easily
be its own category. Rivalry is a huge emotional trigger for people.
Yeah, good example. So what are the emotional marketing methods that they use.
So storytelling, this involves using narratives to engage consumers deeper and evoke
emotions. The second point is visuals and imagery. I think we all get that idea.
Obviously, the better and stronger the imagery, the better, more effective. Three is
important, music and sound. Incorporating music, sound effects, or voiceovers can
enhance the emotional impact of marketing campaigns. Sound can set the tone,
create atmosphere, and elicit specific emotional responses from the audience.
This is a really underrated category.
Dan could probably speak to how well he uses music to convey certain emotions and
the stuff that he does. The last idea. There’s more. This is a really interesting
website if you guys going to want to go check it out.
Personalization. So this is where they’re creating a database of your likes and
dislikes, your your psychographics. I think Micah calls it.
Personalization. This involves tailoring marketing messages and experiences to individual
consumers based on their preferences, behaviors or demographics. Personalized marketing
can make consumers feel understood, valued, and emotionally connected to the brand.
So it’s not to a product, it’s not to a car or a drink. It’s the brand they want
you connected to. They want to create followers. So they have websites for every
product that there is. Every corporation, it’s not enough that you just buy,
you need to be one of their disciples, which is such a counterfeit when you think
about it, followers, the idea of followers. That is a religious term,
is it not?
So how do they best reach the masses, compelling stories, aided by easy to share
technology? So this is definitely something before things were more word of mouth.
Today’s social media is everything that things are shareable. And they get really
good at compelling stories in a very short period of time, and getting you to
connect in like, I mean, sometimes 10 seconds or less. It’s pretty scary and
fascinating how well this process has become. And who is the best at it.
I mean I think the biggest tool that the conspiracy has and still uses and not as
much but they still use the principles of it is Hollywood magic. And how often do
you hear that word magic when you when you talk about Hollywood and Disney talks
uses the word magic a lot and industrial light and magic. These are all and terms,
you know, just kind of like this special sauce and spell that they use to create
this engagement with people to buy their product,
to sit in the chairs and to watch what they make. But it’s not just to watch,
right? They want more than
So this is an important alert that I don’t know that people had made the connection
before, but I’ve been thinking about it for some time because I did work for Disney
for several years. And the concept of magic kind of always bothered me.
Sorcery and magic, spelled M -A -G -I -C, to be cute,
is Satan’s it to the priesthood power of God. So think of how many shows and
movies and commercials and people use the term magic. It’s a satanic word,
and it’s a satanic concept. It is the counterfeit. There is no good magic.
In fact, I thought it was interesting this, the play Wicked in the movie, I guess
that just came out. Basically it’s two kinds of magic, white magic in it and black
magic in it, which is very Masonic occult concept, very common in their circles.
So there’s all magic is evil and how normalized and cutified has the idea of magic
become. But think about what it is an evil counterfeit to,
right? I would invite you to spend hours thinking about how magic is the counterfeit
to the priesthood power of God, and how prevalent this counterfeit is,
and how wicked it is, and seems innocent, but really it’s mocking God and the power
of Christ to act in their name.
So there’s a magic formula and I know Disney had formulas for,
it’s kind of these unwritten rules like how to make a winning blockbuster,
right? So they have these formulas in all their films but really it’s a lot of
craftsmanship. There’s more to it than that but there’s a lot of components that are
necessary. So what are the techniques that they effectively use to entertain you,
to manipulate?
Well, definitely emotional sweeping music and sound design, I mentioned that, it’s
important. Clever script writing and character development. So they create these
fictional narratives, it might be based on someone in real life, but they don’t care
that it’s changed they’ll change it all the time and the the narratives are so good
and so full of depth and connection to you that you you feel for them and like
them or like to hate them you don’t care that they’re they’re made they’re make
-believe they’re not real so make -believe is really really important so they have
they employ very clever script writers for that and story,
story writers. So they also have award -winning acting,
believable sets in scenery. So acting is a very important part of keeping the spell
alive. Emotional close -up shots. So editing is a really big part,
but there’s always that glassy -eyed or showing the emotion, the close up of the
face. Soap operas did this a lot, you see it everywhere now,
where you can really, they’re showing you what you should be feeling in that moment.
And if you’re an empathetic, sympathetic person, it tends, you tend to feel whatever
you see someone feeling.
They also employed carefully crafted editing and visual effects. This is hard to
explain to people. I’m married to a fantastic editor. It becomes very apparent how
well you can engage people with how you edit. And then special effects of course,
or you know, it’s just the icing on the cake. Lots of creative, directorial vision.
So you have these directors, Big time directors that have their vision, right?
Remember that word vision. What’s that a ripoff of what’s that a counterfeit to and
Then they employ high production value So tons millions and millions and millions of
dollars just to make the movie and to employ everyone and then millions and millions
and millions of dollars To market it and to sell it to you after they’ve made it.
Why on earth is so much money being spent on stories or on children’s fables in
the case of Disney? Does that seem crazy to anyone else? Right? That’s an
unbelievable amount of investment of money and time and man hours and years on some
of these projects.
Why? Because they want to get you to watch their programming. What are they selling?
What is it that is so important to them that they would invest so much? It’s so
much effort and so much money. So I’m going to show a commercial right now.
So just just to kind of give a taste of how the emotional manipulation works in
short form. Obviously, we know in films, you know, how it works. But this this
example was pretty good in that it’s it’s a very short commercial. And I was able
to find a ton of tear jerker commercials, by the way, it’s a thing.
If you wanted to see how good they are at trying at getting you to cry.
I dare you to look up tire commercials on YouTube and and you will be able to
find just commercial after commercial for a lot of more foreign that will have you
weeping like at first I wasn’t weeping I was like whoa this is pretty good I’m
like a mess after I’ve watched these commercials they work so good I even know
what’s coming I know that what they’re doing it’s still just elicits the strong
emotions. So I’m going to show you this commercial,
there we go.
I thought I thought I saw you. Mark, look! Who even are you?
You good? Okay. Alright, little man.
You know, stop playing the victim. You need to calm down. No, no, no, I want you
to calm down. You know what? Just enjoy your meal. Alright. Yeah. Yeah, same time
next year.
We’ve got a package for you.
Hey man, it’s good to hear your voice.
What’s that so that I need to go buy a switch now? Haha, so did that get anyone
choked up? That’s not Whether at all about like do you even know what the product
is right? What is Nintendo if you don’t even know what Nintendo is like it’s it
doesn’t get into any of that It’s not selling you the product It’s selling you the
feeling of reconciliation with your because you’re as strange, but you connect over
this thing they can say to you, right? So very emotionally manipulative,
that’s just one of a million examples where by design,
they’re using this force connection, this kind of coercive connection. And it doesn’t
work like you’re right, it doesn’t work on everyone, but for certain people, that’ll
trigger them big time. If that didn’t get you due to the tide commercials,
I guarantee you after about three you’ll be a big mess because they’re very good.
It’s very sophisticated all the techniques that, like I mentioned, that are employed.
And Moroni 10 .6, I want to show the scripture. And whatsoever thing is good is
just and true, wherefore nothing that is good denies the Christ but acknowledges that
he is. Okay well how does that come into play with what we’re talking about here?
How many of the make -believe stories that you enjoy today acknowledge the true
Christ you profess to love? Okay I I don’t know if you’re gonna understand that
question, but I want you to think about all the stories, and there’s novels too.
It’s not just film or TV shows.
All stories. How many of them does Christ, the Son of God, actually could he exist
in that world that you are engaging in?
Is it possible, right? Is is the Atomina Christ the thing in the movie Star Wars.
Right, I mean, I can pick any one of these, pick on any of them. And then if it
does talk about Christ, is it the real Christ or a man -made director’s vision of
Christ, which in reality is an anti -Christ because it’s not the true Christ that we
know from scripture. It’s been distorted and changed and made a fancy script where
there’s a lot of motionality in it. So it’s a good exercise to think about what
you’re consuming and does it actually promote Christ? And is it doing it in his
name? Are these products in the name of Christ? Or are they anti -Christ?
It’s It’s humbling for me to think about how much I consume that as anti -Christ.
Oh, and these false prophets, right? So these directors are false prophets. They’re
giving you their visions, their vision of this world, of this real, this world,
right? And how important is Christ in any of those visions? Those are false
prophets.
You but try and convince me otherwise.
So I think it’s important that we realize that religion is all around us. We think
we have the monopoly on religion when we’re Christian or for LDS, but the truth is
is that everybody has religion. It just looks different and we don’t recognize it
when it doesn’t look like our church or our temple or our rituals. But these are
religion for people. This is who they worship. These are their idols. These are
their places of worship, right? So you got Celine Dion and their concert. You’ve got
the Travis Scott Astral World Demonic Possession Concert,
where it was just… That’s why they call it American Idol. Yeah, right. They’re
proud of it. They know what they’re doing.
More More rituals and temples, right, the stadiums are temples to the gods of today,
to the Hercules and, you know, the pantheon of gods that we have, that we, the
celebrities we put on pedestals. And then in the halftime show, right, you have
their little, their satanic occult rituals that they’re engaging you in,
by the way, they’re inducting you in these rituals. They’re inducting you into
Freemasonry and the occult when you participate, when you watch, when you sing along.
You don’t know that, but they know that. It’s what they, they acknowledge that.
Okay, and we’ve got, you know, the award ceremonies. You’ve got the Dolby Theater
keeps changing its name. I want to say Kodak Theater. New sponsors, right? New
brands sponsoring all this. And then the awards, right? So you got their false
golden god there and their presenters, their celebrities that they want you to
idolize. And you tune in to these rituals and these award shows like clockwork.
Hopefully you don’t and then there’s you know, where we engage in our screens and
how much time to be to devote to screens much time to be sacrifice and give to
the gods of Hollywood and Babylon What could you do better with that time those
hours of time a day? What is a better way to employ? your your devotion things to
think about So why are you consuming lies from false prophets directors slash
directors with their false visions that are not true nor good? They’ll do it,
but why do we keep doing it? Maybe it’s time we stop.
Okay, so now I want to talk about music and how important it is and something that
I think people underestimate. So if you’re a sucker for heart cell,
sucker for heart cell, try this experiment. Turn off the sound and just watch your
favorite news or drama. It could be like a talking head show or whatever that’s
fine, But just put on the subtitles or just read the transcript of it even better.
Just read the written word of it
Does that show have as much emotion or power to you? Are you as engaged or
connected with the sound off? Is it really dry and boring now?
Why?
Why is reading the word, the written word, not exciting enough for you.
Why do you need the moving pictures? Why do you need the sound and the voice and
the drama of emotion?
Okay, how about this, do you agree with all that it’s teaching? Now that you’re not
getting swept up in the drama of emotion or music,
Are you thinking about what’s being said? And do you agree with it? I thought this
was interesting. This is from Frozen 2. And here’s a little gem they slip in there.
And it’s funny when you watch things with subtitles. You’ll catch things you don’t
when it’s just spoken. But this is what that little snowman Olaf says.
“Advancing technology will be both our savior and our doom.
Nice. This isn’t a kid’s show, right? And that’s an anti -cry statement.
If I ever heard one, just slip that right in with everything else that’s anti -cry.
Is that the first one? Or is that, what is that? I think, oh, is that the first
one? Yeah, my bad. I honestly can’t. Yeah. I haven’t watched them since.
So, Yeah, I think good catch been So is this entertainment whatever it is that
you’re watching is it entertainment that promotes false ideas or philosophies of men?
Does it alter compete with the true teachings of Christ and his word?
Okay, so inventory taking internal
Um, does everyone know the story of the Pied Piper of Hamlin? Because I really,
really was thinking about how huge music is to heart sell,
so not just in movies and, and, and TV shows, but just music itself and how you
will accept whatever message is said when it’s set to beautiful music.
And the lyrics just enter into you and you don’t even realize that you’re being led
to your destruction. So music is very, very powerful and very, very destructive when
used by Satan and those that are following him, those in the conspiracy.
Now we know that the song of a righteous is a prayer to God. Well,
what is a song of the wicked? And what power does it have?
And what is it trying to do? So in the Pied Piper of Hamlin, if you don’t know
that story, this town of Hamlin was overrun by rats,
and they didn’t know what to do. It was just this plague proportion a level of
rats. And so they hire this guy, this piper who promises that he can rid the town
of rats. He does it, they don’t pay him, he gets his revenge by stealing the
hearts away of the children through music. They follow him and to their destruction.
So is that not a great metaphor for Satan and what he would do with us and with
our children if we’re not careful with the music that’s being played. So I needed
to make a point to hit that topic because I don’t think we pay enough attention to
how music is extremely emotionally manipulative and I could say more,
but that would be its own training.
Okay, what are we doing on time? Ooh, I think we’re doing good on time. Okay, this
might sound weird, but we’re gonna talk about crying right now. I’m a big crier,
I don’t like it. I just get choked up when I think about certain things and I
just feel the feels in my heart swells, then it comes out in my eyes. And I find
it very annoying and embarrassing, and it’s something that’s hard for me to manage.
And I realize it’s fine. It’s who I am. There’s other people like that. And then
there’s other people that aren’t cryers. They rarely cry. That’s just not, you know,
not the way that they work. So I’m not giving cryers a hard time,
okay? But we’re talking about emotional manipulation, Okay, so is it possible that
there are people that cry on camera to elicit an emotion from you?
Because I don’t know if, say, I used to watch Glenn Beck, so I don’t know about
you, but when I see another person crying and they seem sincere,
what do you guys feel feel like doing, especially women, we tend to want to cry
too. We get teary and misty and our heart goes out and oh, you know, you just
feel this sympathy for that person. Well, is that something that can be weaponized
against you? Of course. Now am I saying that everyone that’s on camera,
that’s crying, is doing it on purpose? No. However, I am seeing an inordinate amount
of men on TV and on talk shows crying in front of the camera.
This did not used to be a thing. It’s a very recent thing with the last decade or
so. And it seems to be trending. And to me, when I see these patterns and these
things emerging, I have to ask myself, why? Because most men that I know that cry
are embarrassed by it. I am. And they would want to cut that out. If you’re
filming, they’d be like, Okay, let’s do that again, where I’m in control. And, you
know, it’s kind of embarrassing. And yet we have these men, these talking heads,
you know, Jordan Peterson, Glenn Beck, and also many others that seem to be crying
a lot on film. So why Is that,
could that be a manipulation? – Hey Samantha. – Something to, yes. – So it seems
like, correct me if I’m wrong, it’s more typical for a girl to cry than it is for
a man. – Definitely. – And so I think that’s part of the manipulation is when you
see a man cry, it’s a bigger deal because they don’t cry typically. And so that’s
probably why, because If those were pictures of like the hosts of the view,
that wouldn’t be as, you’d be like, “Oh, it’s just a woman crying.” But if you see
a man doing it, that means it’s real. And I think that you’re using that on
purpose. – I agree 100%. That thought occurred to me too. – It’s so true.
– It’s so rare, right? So he must be very sincere if he’s getting so choked up and
touched by this topic or whatever it is, right? I think it’s the chicification of
our society.
But in my era, you wanted to be like John Wayne or Gary Cooper. They’re no crying.
I think it’s a chicification to our education and politics.
And I think they use whatever, whatever works, whatever connects people to them. So
it might have been Machismo, toughness back in John Wayne’s day,
but now it’s to be sensitive and human and struggling.
So it evolves these different emotional manipulations. Okay,
but what if there’s some fear or maybe there’s some fear, right? I’ll let you
decide that. I have my opinion. But what if it’s an actor and you know they’re
crying as part of their job? Okay, this is a scene. It’s from a scene from
Interstellar. It rags me like I ugly cry in the scene. Every time I watch it,
it hurts my soul where he’s he’s watching a video of his daughter and she’s upset
because he’s in space far far away from her and I’m not plugging the movie but the
scene is extremely emotional and you I think I feel like I cry like I look like
that when I watch the scene he’s an actor is it real what he is crying about he’s
in space no it’s not real he’s near like a black hole or something like no none
of that’s real I am not showing empathy. This is, this is not me feeling for
someone and what they’re feeling. He’s a paid actor pretending. So when I cry or
anyone cries when we’re watching someone, is it empathy? Is it,
is it, is it our humanity that is telling us to cry for this person even though
they’re an actor and I know they’re not real or is it simply Hollywood trickery
triggering my emotions. Good acting, good screenwriting,
okay? So what causes you to cry at a McDonald’s commercial?
Is it is it them triggering you or is it truth or this important connection that
you have with chicken nuggets or whatever it is. It’s really important that we think
about what is eliciting these emotions because I gotta tell you it’s not the spirit.
We have this fallacy in our mind that when we are triggered Emotionally that it’s
the spirit and so I want to deal with that in this next slide. Okay, so when we
receive revelation and knowledge We get it from true prophets we get revelation
Through obedience to Christ and the gift of the Holy Ghost Speaking to our hearts
and our minds. Okay, not just our heart not just not emotion not our carnal body,
it’s our hearts and minds, and then that’s how we can know what is right and good
for us.
Revelation and the Spirit, having that the companionship of the Spirit requires
repentance, obedience, prayerful study, and asking God in faith. Okay,
but so much of what we’re seeing is this counterfeit. It’s really and that we
analyze what is going on around us and what is being used to manipulate this.
This heart cell is something totally different. It’s confusing positive emotions as
being from God because you get a warm fuzzy and you’re watching a life insurance
commercial. Is that God talking to you through that commercial?
Is it, if it feels good or I cry, is it for my good or is it of the spirit?
Because repentance, faith and sacrifice are not required when you use this heart -cell
technique.
The emotional manipulation. It utilizes teams, tons of money and skilled crafting to
manipulate It’s not the same thing as the spirit of God witnessing to you something
that is true Let’s not confuse them Please like this is really important and I and
I am I am so guilty of this most of my life Confusing these two concepts.
Why Does anyone have anything they want to say or add there?
OK. So just a recap of all– you know, just the smorgasbord of ideas where they
slip in their emotional manipulation. That inclusivity and belonging,
we’re all in this together. Tons of false they, you know, you’ve got your tech fall
savior and Elon Musk, and, and you’ve got Trump, who’s gonna drain the swamp,
even though he didn’t do it the first four years, he’s gonna do it this time. All
these, all these illusions to saviors in politics, it’s a joke.
And then you have this emotional manipulation where these close ups of joy or
they’re crying because they’re human and oh, I just, my heart goes out to them.
– Denise has her hand up. – Who does? – Denise. – Okay,
let’s hear it, Denise.
– I had a recent experience with what you’re talking about.
So just as a precursor, a few, like about a year or two ago um my husband’s niece
um she posted about how wonderful experience going to Taylor Swift and um but she
she’s a few years into college um but she went to BYU and was radicalized her her
freshman year BYU and And even to the point of she had like physical,
real anxiety because of climate change and a fear of climate change. And then she
like slowly, we saw this change in her. And then a few years has gone by and then
she goes to this Taylor Swift concert and she even flew from Utah to Tennessee to
catch it. and she was posted a picture and she said how this Taylor Swift concert
was the most spiritual experience she’s ever had in her life. Wow. And me and my
husband were just completely shocked and were like, “What the heck?” because she was
raised in the church and as a Christian and Mormon and and so It was just so
strange and, but she said about, oh, we had a run to catch the concert in the
rain and sing, and I think, I don’t know if they were coming up and hearing the
song, her singing it, or maybe she was already in the concert. I don’t even know
any, I only know like one Taylor Swift song, so I mean, I know really what song
this is, but something about rain and it was raining on them during the concert and
she’s listening to the song and how this all tied into this emotional thing for her
and how this became the most spiritual moment of her life. And so, anyway,
that just shocked me. And then, just the summer for And Alanis Morissette came to
the, you saw in the amphitheater in Salt Lake, and apparently she comes every year,
I didn’t even know, but I was like, oh my goodness, like I heard about it. I’m
like, that like me and my best friend growing up, like, and we lived several years
in college together too. And we went to pink several years ago and it was so fun
with my sister, and then it was like, “Alanus, oh, if we could go to Alanus,
that’s our other, like, bias girls would be the last one for us.” But anyway,
we hit pink, and then we hit Alanus, and it was like, and we, it was me, her, my
best friend, and my sister, and it was like, oh, listen, be so awesome, ’cause we
just grew up, like, our, Like our high school years of listening to her after
school, we knew every word and when I was there with her,
it was like the special moment because it was like, and I already am like, I don’t
follow celebrities in any way. I can’t tell you if I saw celebrity in a picture.
Like, I could barely tell you what celebrity was what. So I am, this is coming
from me being someone so removed from my,
you know, I’m in pop culture. I know things, but I don’t– – Don’t know my fault
for that. – Yeah. – Yeah, I listen to things. I maybe watch some movies here and
there, but I’m not like falling for things in general, okay? But here I am with my
best friend and thinking of like back in our high school days and every day we
spent together and doing this and jumping on our trampoline and just having a blast
and like all, and then I’m here with her now and we’re older and we’re still
basically best friends or we’ve remained close for all these years. And And then
Alanis and her, like, she doesn’t stand for anything, you know,
other than, like, kind of the girl power or whatever, but, like, D and C, like,
that’s not a message that I would fall into either. But I felt this,
like, emotional thing, like, oh, and it was honestly,
I, like, completely honest, Like it was a similar thing that you might feel in the
church of like someone testifying and not like complete I don’t want to sound
sacrilegious, but like That like you were talking about that falsehood of equating
and the emotion to the spirit It’s like it’s like a drug though It isn’t it isn’t
the same as the spirit. There is something different about it, but it is very
intoxicating, very strong, and it’s very confusing to people. And so I think it’s
really, I appreciate those examples. I think it’s really important that we kind of
look back and kind of like you did and analyze situations where we might have
confused emotion for truth. Because I can be watching a Marvel movie and know it’s
full of baloney and full of just lies and I’ll be crying when the stupid hero dies
or something and I hate the movie but I’m crying because they’re there they’ve
weaponized they triggered me to the point where against my will I get goosebumps on
things so it’s not it’s not what we think it is and I think it’s really important
that we look inward and and and see what areas are being worked on for us.
I’m gonna have to move on, unfortunately. Samantha real quick. Jump in.
Where she was talking about that her niece or whoever she was had this spiritual
experience. Don’t discredit that. It’s not the right spiritual experience that she’s
having and that’s something that we need to realize that when people claim that to
these types of things, they are having a spiritual experience, just the wrong type
of spirit that spells. And there are spells that are put out. And I know people
think that wacky term and spells aren’t cast, but it is true. And in our society,
we just credit that. And so that’s where things power takes over. And we just
credit it that spells Spells, no, but they are thanks for that Becky. I totally
agree and I haven’t gotten into that aspect of of how it This is this is
witchcraft involved with this the things that That wicked people do is prayed over
to to help them win and in their war to get you know against God so I absolutely
agree with that there are spells involved and that is very confusing to people.
So I want to encourage escaping from this kind of emotional manipulation.
And the first part, the first essential step is to help see it. So ask God to
help you discern better and spot these fraudulent tactics. Anyone using emotional
manipulation by design is a dishonest person. Now,
some people might do it accidentally because it’s just sort of habit everywhere we
are. But when millions of dollars are employed or, you know, a massive effort is
employed to emotionally manipulate you, that is dishonest. And it is wrong.
And it is not what God wants us to do to each other. So ask him to help you to
see it so that you can recognize when it’s being used against you.
Examine your emotional triggers, false idols, we have these musicians and celebrities
that we love, any sacred cows in any area where you feel something is good without
having looked at all the evidence and whether God Proofs are not. Sometimes you
might feel wonderful about something that is completely against the commandments of
God. So verify the truth. Don’t take my word for it. I’m not gonna tell you what
you should or shouldn’t do as far as where what to drop in your life if you have
some sacred cows. I want you to, that’s between you and God and the spirit. But
see if there’s actual evidence of this thing that you believe is true or this
ritual or tradition that you have.
And if you need to repent, do it. I’ve repented so much in the last few years
since my eyes have been opened and I’ve had ears to hear and a heart open to
humbly being pointed out where I have been deceived.
And I’ve been deceived in many, many areas. And it’s embarrassing sometimes.
It’s, you feel bad like for your family when you miss, you know, lead them astray,
but that’s what repentance is for. And Heavenly Father will help you to make it
right and make restitution. and part of what I do here is this restitution for the
false idols and things that I’ve worshiped that were contrary to Christ that were
anti -Christ. So repentance is real. And so once you know,
once you see it, stop believing or following emotional groomers and manipulators in
media, in your personal life, in your church, like wherever it is,
stop following leaders or people or media that are doing this kind of thing.
It is dishonest. It is unprincipled. Embrace truth in being one of the few who are
peculiar and not following the crowd. It is hard to stop watching media. It is hard
to not go and do all the music everyone else is doing and just refrain.
It is hard to to stop relying on the arm of the flesh but it’s important that we
do that and we have to trust God’s ways more and not worry about being in with
the crowd and it is a strong pull for people. People do not like being the black
sheep
So, this is what we want, right? Be a wise servant of God.
Build up only his kingdom. Do not promote Babylon anymore.
Do not.
We have to forsake Babylon’s traps. So you have to see them and then you have to,
you have to forsake them If you want to be a true servant of God,
if you don’t, all right, you know, everyone has their, their reward. But here,
right, if we want to be free, if we want to help people be free, then we have to
free people from, from the conspiracy and these, these tools that they use that,
that harm us, that enslave us.
So this is, this is my motivation and, And I put a lot of thought and
consideration and prayer into what I share with you guys.
I truly care about everyone in the society and so many good people that I meet,
that I just think are naive and don’t understand what’s being done to them. And DNC
8881, it says, “Behold, I sent you out to testify and warn the people and to
become every man who have been warned to warn his neighbor.” And I do it because I
care and I love God and I want other people to be able to love him completely and
not have a foot in Babylon or be manipulated by those that are,
you know, the conspirators in Babylon. So we got through emotional manipulation.
We’ll just barely hit some tools next time, but we’re going to talk about solutions,
the next training, and really, really hope that everyone is getting something out of
these trainings. If you are, please let me know if there’s things you have questions
about or things that I didn’t explain well, please let me know if I’m wrong. Let
me know. I want to be corrected if I’m on principle or say something that is
wrong. And I always appreciate it when Ben corrects me when I say something wrong.
So thank you everyone for being here for this training and for being a part of
this society.
Thank you, I appreciate that. We’ll go ahead and have maybe more opportunity for
comments in the open forum,
but I think we should go ahead and close up the meeting officially now and we’ll
have a closing prayer. Becky Conley, would you be willing to say the closing prayer
for us?
