So now the next thing that they do is they want to manufacture consent, make it look like they got everybody on board with this program before they went along with it.

So why manufacture consent?

The conspiracy’s plans are of course unpopular so that they make it look like it’s popular.

The conspiracies’ agents become ineffective without public favor.

They depend on perceived legitimacy, and if they’re exposed as being the illegitimate people that they are, they lose their power.

It marginalizes, of course, opposing voices.

Everybody’s doing it.

The conspiracy needs the appearance of public support to preserve their legitimacy.

So how do they manufacture that consent?

They encourage the public to not meaninglessly voice their opinions, so the conspiracy can pretend their plan was molded and shaped by the public.

In the state of Utah, just for example, and other states have the same thing, they have this in what’s called Envision Utah, which is an Agenda 21 organization, the Agenda 2030 organization.

And they have these questionnaires, or they get you to fill out online to see which big government solution do you want, so that way they can say, oh, thousands and thousands of people filled these out and we’re going with what made the most sense based on these surveys.

Everybody wants these things.

They pushed people to participate in making these false choices.

There was one, for example, the choices, they actually provided the idea of preserving your property rights, But they equated it to extinction and then they showed, you know, high density housing as this utopia of the future.

They manipulate the data, of course, or outcomes after public participation to approve the conspiracies plan.

They’ll just manipulate the percentages anyways. So they have manufactured consent through supposed voting.

You have the Utah launches their medical marijuana signature drive and of course The governor Cox tells the lawmakers, you know, you guys got to stop pushing these bills without the public support and an input and so they they would have these meetings and so it looked like everybody wanted to have this new program that Set up a list of people that weren’t allowed to have guns because they’re violating federal law, but because everybody wanted it.

And we have this Envision Utah again, they are using these questionnaires to get people to move towards globalization, high density housing, et cetera.

Of course, we have, they’re promoting this new green drivers can save by opting to pay a fee per miles driven.

So the same program that was put out there by the United Nations to not charge you, of course, you shouldn’t be charged to own your vehicle every year anyways, but instead of doing that, because they were saying that they weren’t collecting enough money from electric vehicles and the gas tax, so now we’re going to start charging you for the miles you drive on your electric vehicle, and of course, your gas vehicles as well.

They’re doing this in liberal states like California and Oregon, but in Utah, they will call it the conservative solution to climate change.

And it’s the same exact programs that, of course, these big government states are doing.

And of course, you know, we have these essay contests put out by these Agenda 2030 organizations to give consent of why, you know, this is why I like my community.

So they’re just basically, they’re saying, look at Everybody’s writing these great things about all the things that we’re doing that is increasing government, manufactured consent.

Now, Nelson Mandela is an example of a communist that was, they would use this idea of manufactured consent to give him, in his communist efforts in South Africa, the idea and the perception of legitimacy through consent that they manufactured.

According to the Nelson Mandel’s book, “The Long Walk to Freedom,” he says, “In 1954, we invited all participating organizations and their followers to send suggestions for a freedom charter.

We want everybody’s input in our new freedom charter, even though he’s a communist.

Circulars were sent out to townships and villages all across the country.

If you could make the laws, what would you do?

We’re going to get your consent and your participation, Suggestions for a new constitution were to come from the people themselves and conspirator agents.

All across the country were authorized to seek ideas in writing from everyone in their area.

The charter would be a document born of the people. Like other enduring political documents, such as the American Declaration of Independence, the French Declaration of the Rights of Man, the Illuminati, the Jacobins written by, and the commonest manifesto, the freedom charter, is a mixture of practical goals and poetic language.

So you have one good thing, and you sandwich it together with these two satanic conspiracy documents as if they’re all the same.

And so that they were pushing towards this, of course, conspiracy-approved charter that made it look like everybody was on board with.

So now the next tentacle of the conspiracy I want to talk about is the Buckshot Caucus.

So we ask ourselves, right, what’s more dangerous?

We have these wolves.

That’s pretty dangerous.

I don’t want to, you know, I don’t want to mess with that.

These guys are, are pretty vicious, but then compare that to the wolf in sheep’s clothing.

Now I would say that the wolf in sheep’s clothing is much, much more dangerous because those ravaging wolves, you are going to avoid like the plague.

But that wolf that pretends to be peaceful and tends to be one of you and dresses like you and talks like you to get you to go along with that agenda is far more dangerous than the open wolf.

And so that’s why, you know, so much we don’t focus on, oh, those pesky Democrats, you know, those are kind of the open wolves.

It’s the wolves in sheep’s clothing, the ones that are pretending to talk about the Constitution, the ones pertaining to talk about liberty.

Those are the dangerous ones.

And Caroll Quigley, who wrote “Tragedy & Hope,” which was one of these books that admitted, he studied their papers of the conspiracy and talked about how they implemented the conspiracy.

And the only thing he disagreed with was that they wanted to remain a secret.

He says that the two parties, Republican and Democrat, should be almost identical so that the American people can throw the rascals out at any election without leading to any profound or extensive shifts in policy.

That’s why they want you fighting over, we gotta get so -and -so elected, otherwise the other guy’s gonna get elected.

Because they know that there’s no difference, that both people are working for the same agenda.

And so we get caught up in, oh, well, maybe it’s slower, maybe we’re gonna, no, they are working for the same.

And in fact, the wolf in sheep’s clothing is gonna get you to go along with it much more effectively than the open wolf.

So we have to diagnose the enemy.

We’re talking about the Buckshot Caucus. Utah Policy, it really was kind of like the insider’s newspaper for where the conspiracy goes to read about what’s going on.

In an article called Bacon Guns and the Buckshot Caucus, who really runs GOP politics in Utah?

In the article it says, “Utah policy is told that members of the GOP Illuminati, Buckshot Caucus are added again in the Utah legislature.

The 170 member group is made up of establishment Republican insiders, both office holders, lobbyists, among others.

So it’s not just people in power, like I mentioned earlier with the CFR, it’s the people behind the scenes that are the puppet masters of the people that you see in the news.

So they link to Illuminati on Wikipedia.

They’re not shy about what they’re referring to.

They’re talking about the Bavarian Illuminati.

They have their own logo in the pale pen, which is using the Illuminati all seeing eye.

And Illuminati, I mean the buckshot Utah Illuminati members used to before we did our first exposure on it Used to use that hashtag on social media Identifying each other Utah Illuminati So now we have Carl Downing as one of the founders of this organization.

And he works for the Department of Workforce Services.

And he is a Republican working to get Republicans elected in the state of Utah Governor Herbert.

And on his own Facebook profile, again, before we start to expose this, he’s changed this since then, he says, “Who knows how this blank blank, black hand, moves inside the halls of power.”

That article in Utah policy ends with, “Who knows how this buckshot, black hand, moves inside the halls of power.”

Took out buckshot. Illuminati. Black hand, what is the black hand?

These conspirators, they’ll try to like poo poo and laugh it off sometimes.

But for themselves, they have two signs so that you know, so that they know, the insiders know who they really are talking amongst themselves.

The black hand was a secret society that was actually behind the assassinations that led to World War I.

And they are the direct subsidiary of the Bavarian Illuminati with its constitution based on the Illuminatis.

So they call themselves the Illuminati, they refer to themselves as the Black Hand.

They’re telling you who they are, it’s not a joke.

Carl Downing, the founder, one of the co-founders of the Buckshot Caucus says that statewide, Utah is just barely over 50 % Mormon and shrinking.

I’m sorry, and Salt Lake City is very Democrat and one of the gayest cities in the US and proud of it.

Response was, yeah, I’ve heard Salt Lake City isn’t as Mormon as the rest of Utah. I was shocked when I heard that.

Yeah, they just elected Jackie Buskipski as mayor and she’s openly gay.

This Republican says it’s pretty great, it’s a pretty great state and it’s getting better.

It’s getting better because we’re becoming less religious, becoming less conservative constitutionalist and becoming more and more engaged in agenda.

Sometimes, you know, they they’d like to poo poo it, but sometimes they actually say who they really are.

Former party chairman of the Republican Party in Cache County says, check out the history of the original Illuminati.

They were on the right side of most issues at the time.

Freedom fighters, that’s what they say.

Now there was they involved in rituals.

This is a satanic conspiracy.

And just like we have the school and bones or satanic rituals.

The Buckshot Caucus has their own strange rituals at a special election where a legislator had resigned in the middle of the session.

They had a special election where all of the delegates got together to vote on a new replacement.

And there were three candidates and they said, “Before we vote on this, we need to do a ceremony.”

We need to do a few things where we need to have this bowl of green M &Ms and we’re going to spray paint them green.

We have these flowers, roses made out of paper and these guns wrapped in bacon, Dr. Pepper can on its, you know, at an angle.

And so they all elected, it all worked to elect Cheryl Acton in District 38.

What’s interesting about this is that there was a, it got narrowed down to two candidates and they held the election, two candidates, odd number of individuals voting.

Can’t have a tie but it ended up in a tie and so they flipped the coin and got their buckshot member elected.

So now we look at the kind of like an overview map structure of how the international conspiracy starts to funnel its way through the Alta Club and throughout the state of Utah to implement the internationalist agenda.

You have the Alta Club whose leaders have been part of a Vatican secret Society called the Sovereign Order of St. John of Jerusalem.

You have the Council on Relations that meets there every single month.

Every single governor from 1883 until today has been a member of the Alta Club.

Many of our U .S. Senators are members of the Alta Club as well as speak there.

Salt Lake Tribune is a part of it.

Salt Lake Chamber of course.

Many of our state legislators are a part of it.

Envision Utah works through it.

The World Trade Center, University of Utah, Skull and Bones, Zion’s Bank, and of course, the Utah Illuminati.

Hopefully this has shown us this principle that our freedoms are not being eroded on accident.

Whoops, that we have people working in secret to do evil on purpose, that we’re not dealing with just the lesser of two evils.

That we have people that are pretending to be your friend when they are really your enemy, laughing behind your back as they lead you down to destruction.

And then if we don’t understand this, we will continue to spin our wheels and be ineffective in our efforts to preserve lost liberty.

So let’s look at John Huntsman and the New World Order.

In 1993, he joined the Council on Foreign Relations.

In 1999, he led Envision Utah, which is an organization in the state working to implement Agenda 21.

And In 2007, he came out in support of what I mentioned earlier, of cap and trade, which is a part of Agenda 2030.

He backed, again, Obamacare and forced healthcare mandates in 2007.

He backed the trillion -dollar bank bailouts.

He also supports forcing the state to recognize sodomite marriages.

And he attended the Bilderberg conference in 2012.

And he joined in 2015, the Atlanta Council, which is a branch of the Council on Formulations and endorsed Mike Lee for U .S. Senate and like I said he was discovered in Jeffrey Epstein’s little black book.

As reported on October 28th, 12 states have joined Utah in a lawsuit against the federal government to take control of 18.5 million acres of land within the state, something free governments are not authorized to do. All land, except land specifically needed to execute the government’s limited authority as outlined in its constitutions, is to be owned and controlled by individuals. Anything else is a form of fascism or communism.

If the states win this lawsuit, it will mark the official end of the local sheriff’s power. The sheriff, it will be noted, is Constitutionally supposed to be the highest law enforcement officer in a U.S. county.

It all started in 2016 with HB276

Utah’s HB276: Examining the Transfer of Authority from Local Sheriffs to a New Land Management Body

The introduction of 2016’s HB276 in Utah, known as the “Utah Public Land Management Act,” has sparked significant controversy and concern among local law enforcement officials, rural residents, and advocates of constitutional governance. At the core of the debate is a provision in the bill that effectively transfers critical law enforcement responsibilities from locally elected sheriffs to a new tyrannical bureaucracy—the Department of Land Management (DLM). This move has left some Utahns questioning the erosion of sheriff authority and the potential for increased bureaucratic overreach in public land management.

What is HB276?

HB276, sponsored by former Representative Mike Noel (R-Kanab), aims to establish state control over public lands—a continuation of Utah’s long-standing desire to restore federal lands to state management. The bill was presented as a proactive step in allowing Utah to exercise greater autonomy over its land, addressing concerns about federal mismanagement and local economic impact. Yet, despite the bill’s outward appeal to local land rights, a deeper look reveals complex implications for law enforcement jurisdiction and public safety.

One of the most controversial elements of HB276 is its transfer of police powers, starting with public lands, to the new DLM. Rather than local sheriffs remaining the primary law enforcement officers, the bill designates DLM officers as the lead enforcement entity on state-managed lands, decimating the authority of the sheriff to protect the rights of the people.

The Shift in Authority is Alarming

At first glance, HB276 may appear to be a technical reassignment of responsibilities, but this transfer of authority holds deeper implications for local governance and constitutional rights. Sheriffs in the U.S. are typically elected by their communities and serve as a direct line of accountability to the public. The office of sheriff holds a unique place in American law enforcement, particularly in rural areas where sheriffs are often the first line of defense against overreach by state and federal agencies.

By creating an unelected DLM with primary law enforcement powers on state lands, the bill reduces accountability and transparency. Whereas residents can directly hold their sheriffs accountable through the electoral process, the DLM operates within a state bureaucracy that is more insulated from public scrutiny.

In a statement regarding the bill, Dr. Scott Bradley, a constitutional scholar, expressed deep concerns about the DLM’s creation, suggesting it represents a “mini-me” version of the Bureau of Land Management (BLM). According to Bradley, the bill mirrors the federal agency’s operations, granting the state unprecedented control over public lands and enforcement without the direct checks that an elected sheriff provides. He also noted that the bill establishes provisions for fees, regulations, and even an internal adjudication system, creating a tyranny, according to James Madison’s definition:

“The accumulation of all powers, legislative, executive, and judiciary, in the same hands, whether of one, a few, or many, and whether hereditary, self-appointed, or elective, may justly be pronounced the very definition of tyranny.” (Federalist Paper No. 47)

Dr. Bradley further warned,

“It really does create an all powerful Utah Czar of lands… The Americanist way really is stewardship. Individual ownership… The source of all wealth comes from the land… [This is] the very definition of socialism, government ownership and control.”

And as the movie The Patriot so appropriately warns,

“Why should I trade one tyrant 3,000 miles away for 3,000 tyrants one mile away?”.

With the DLM we have a total dictator in our own backyard, without the clamoring of other would-be tyrants to challenge his authority.

Noel tried to defend his tyrannical legislation on the nationally syndicated Kate Dalley radio show, only to expose himself for the wannabe tyrant he is, which you can listen to below:

A Step Toward Centralization

This shift from locally elected sheriffs to a state-appointed agency draws concern for its potential long-term implications. Liberty advocates warn that HB276 mandates broader centralization of law enforcement powers in Utah, particularly on lands managed by the state. This centralization will clearly undermine local autonomy and put Utah on a path toward a total police state.

This move to form a state policing entity on public lands has broader implications for how Utah, and potentially other states, may handle disputes between local and state authority. By establishing a precedent where state agencies supersede locally elected officials, HB276 could influence future legislation beyond public lands, potentially shifting the balance of power away from locally accountable leaders.

On lines 350-355 it gives authority to an unelected bureaucrat to employ Department of Land Management (DLM) police officers who, “will be the primary law enforcement authority with jurisdiction on public land”.  The local sheriff isn’t just subverted at these “special” times when the director of the DLM deploys this special regional police force. HB276 states that, “Conservation officers employed by the Division of Wildlife Resources are the primary law enforcement authority with jurisdiction on public land to enforce the laws.”

Lawmakers tried to placate any fears by stating in the bill that the law cannot “be construed as enlarging or diminishing the responsibility or authority of a state certified peace officer”.  However, understanding jurisdiction is important to seeing through this smokescreen. HB276 gives PRIMARY authority to these regional policing bodies, automatically putting any local sheriff in a back seat position to defending the rights of the people on land usurped by a government agency.

A Step Toward Centralization

If you needed proof that this was a Trojan horse of a lawsuit/legislation, Mr. Globalist himself, Mitt Romney, supports this movement to destroy the power of the sheriff and create a total dictatorship over land in the west.

According to LaVoy Finicum, who was murdered by the FBI and Oregon State police in cold blood, the bill’s author uses deception to get power away from the people and into the hands of government dictators:

“Mike Noel, and this group found out about this, and they ran out there the next week saying ‘No, no! Give us more time. We will get this done. Don’t do that.’ And so it took the steam out of it, and that could have been the first full county, because they have the sheriff behind them, they could have been the first whole county in the Union to throw off this federal chains…” (KTALK Radio, Feb 2016)

Calls for Action

The US Constitution prohibits the central government from owning any land except for the very limited scope of “forts, magazines, arsenals, dockyards, and other necessary buildings [in pursuance of the limited powers of the central government delegated in the Constitution].” (article 1 section 17)

Since the feds refuse to stay within their bounds, and since the state legislatures refuses to enforce the Constitution, it is up to the people to enforce it, that is, if they care about the rule of law.

Conclusion

If the courts rule in favor of turning over the land to state control, another form of communism, the sheriff will be relegated to nothing more than a figurehead. The people are the last hope for enforcing the Constitution.

As Thomas Jefferson said regarding our duty when the government violates the law:

“[W]here powers are assumed which have not been delegated, a nullification of the act is the rightful remedy.” (The Papers of Thomas Jefferson, Volume 30: 1 January 1798 to 31 January 1799, Princeton University Press, 2003, pgs. 536-43)

The Constitution delegate a few specific powers to the central government. Some of the Founders though, feared that without a specific clause explaining this fact, that power hungry individuals would one day go beyond those “few and defined” powers and pushed for the passing of the first ten amendments to the Constitution commonly referred to as, “The Bill of Rights”, the final amendment, the tenth, stating specifically that if the federal government was not given specific permission to do something, they could not do that thing.

In Utah’s case though specifically, it is much more nefarious with codification of measures which prevent any future attempt at nullifying any illegal acts of the federal government.
