A new mural in downtown Salt Lake, in what many people believe to be a traditionally conservative state, has been commissioned by the globalist Wells Fargo bank as well as the George S. and Dolores Doré Eccles Foundation.
This new mural, among other things, praises the work of a highly influential, yet little known Utahan and staunch globalist, socialist & advocate of government mandated population control, Marriner Eccles.
At first glance, it may be difficult to understand why this matters, or to see that this is a big deal. However, this is a vital piece to understanding why states with a reputation for being “liberty minded” are implementing globalism and funding population control.
Most like to focus on those faces we see on the news and that we are told are “in power”, ignoring the real forces working behind the scenes. Marriner is one of these individuals who was the power “behind the throne”, that the puppets who we’re told are in power still honor. It is essential we understand this relationship if we are going to increase in effectiveness our efforts to fight this globalist conspiracy.
As I wrote in INVASION Vol 2,
Having established his own bank in his early thirties, he was somehow able to withstand the crash of the Great Depression, gobbling up other banks that were not so fortunate.
Eccles helped draft the “Emergency Banking Act” of 1933 and was appointed head of the Federal Reserve in 1935. That same year, he was the primary sponsor of the “Banking Act” of 1935, which restructured the Federal Reserve into what we have today. He continued to act as head of the Federal Reserve for seventeen years.
Testifying before Congress, Eccles introduced his plan to implement what became known as Keynesian economics to bring about “a fundamental change in our social system”. This led to FDR’s socialist “New Deal.”
Eccles was extremely influential in Utah, implementing the conspiracy’s agenda as well. In 1936, following the Alta Club’s goal to diminish the Latter-day Saint influence on Utah, Marriner stated at a board meeting of the Amalgamated Sugar company, that he did not want to appoint Arthur Winter as director because “it was too much Church”.
Eccles’ commitment to global government and communism’s goal of government control of the people’s credit went beyond the Federal Reserve. Eccles helped craft the agreements creating the World Bank and the International Monetary Fund at the Bretton Woods Conference. These are the economic foundations for a world government, where the government controls every aspect of your life. The New American Magazine reported that,
“All assembled at Bretton Woods in July 1944 were agreed on three things: first, that something had to be done to deal with international financial instability; second, that that something would entail setting up some kind of global authority, a financial and economic counterpart to the League of Nations and its soon-to-be-birthed successor, the United Nations; and third, that White and Keynes were to be the undisputed leaders of the conference proceedings… all were in basic agreement that an international overhaul of the world’s financial and economic system was in order, and that any such overhaul needed to be accomplished by government controls, both nationally and internationally.
The animating philosophy behind Bretton Woods, which has since become the predominant economic doctrine the world over, was so-called Keynesian economics, the philosophy that attempts to repudiate free-market economics and replace it with interventionism. [Something Marriner Eccles was a staunch supporter of, even before the term began to be called “Keynesian economics’]”
Eccles’ support of global communism also manifested itself in his calling for recognition of Communist China and withdrawal of support for anti-Communist, Chiang Kai-shek, the staunch opponent of the brutal dictator Mao Zedong. With weakened opposition, Mao was responsible for the mass murder of the Chinese people.
After the war, Eccles was a supporter of the globalist world government framework of the United Nations which, in addition to building world government, gave inordinate power to communist countries such as Russia and China.
Eccles supported the conspiracy’s population control agenda as well, with support for eugenicist organizations such as Zero Population and Planned Parenthood. (Marriner S. Eccles Papers, Special Collections, University of Utah) In March of 1962, Eccles was invited to give a talk at Brigham Young University, “Monetary Policy and Inflation” but switched his talk to “The Population Explosion and Education.” (Sunstone Magazine, September/October 1978, pg. 37)
In his address, Eccles stated his support for the government’s control of our lives when he said,
“Our survival, not only as individuals and as a state, but as a nation depends upon big government.” (Marriner Eccles, “The Population Explosion and Education,” Address to the Brigham Young University Business Students, March 27th, 1962)
Eccles then goes on to admit,
“But regardless of political party, government is likely to grow bigger.” (ibid.)
Eccles admits his co-conspirators don’t want to just have big national or local governments, but big global government,
“I do not think that we are going to stop with government. We are beginning to see that we are giving up many things in our national sovereignty to world organizations–the World Bank, the World Fund, the United Nations, NATO, and so forth.” (ibid.)
Killing off huge portions of the population is a large part of the Satanic conspiracy’s agenda. They want to frustrate the ability to gain bodies, for as many of God’s children as possible.
We must remember this is a battle between Christ and Satan. When we understand the commandments of God to all generations, we are less likely to be fooled by the lies and counterfeits of Satan. Where the Lord commands us to,
“Multiply and replenish the earth” (Genesis 1:28, King James)
And that,
“Lo, children are an heritage of the LORD: and the fruit of the womb is his reward. As arrows are in the hand of a mighty man; so are children of the youth. Happy is the man that hath his quiver full of them.” (Psalms 137:3-5, King James)
Today, servants of God have warned us that this commandment has not been repealed or done away,
“I have told you many times that there are multitudes of pure and holy spirits waiting to take tabernacles, now what is our duty? —to prepare tabernacles for them; to take a course that will not tend to drive those spirits into the families of the wicked, where they will be trained in wickedness, debauchery, and every species of crime. It is the duty of every righteous man and woman to prepare tabernacles for all the spirits they can.” (Brigham Young, Journal of Discourses, volume 4, pg. 56, discourse given September 21, 1856)
The Lord Himself has told us,
“For the earth is full, and there is enough and to spare.” (Doctrine & Covenants 104:17)
On the other side, the United Nations, which funds China’s forced abortion policy, writes about the need to eliminate 350,000 people every day,
“In order to stabilize world population, it is necessary to eliminate 350,000 people a day. It is a horrible thing to say, but it’s just as bad not to say it.” (Jaques Cousteau, 1991, The Courier, a publication of the United Nations Educational, Scientific and Cultural Organization UNESCO)
Eccles supported population control using government, including global government, to implement policies to enforce it when he endorsed,
“With conviction and urgency the efforts within individual nations to control the birth rate… We urge the United Nations, dedicated to the service of mankind, to take the lead in establishing and implementing a policy designed to limit population growth the world over” (Marriner Eccles, “The Population Explosion and Education,” Address to the Brigham Young University Business Students, March 27th, 1962)
Eccles disdain for others is illustrated in his support of the statement,
“Man is in danger of becoming the cancer of the whole planet.” (ibid.)
To support efforts towards mass depopulation, Eccles said,
“It is essential to emphasize here the special responsibility that philanthropic foundations have.” (ibid.)
Bill Gates, of the Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation, is using his resources to do his part to reduce the population by one billion people. In a 2010 TED Talk, Gates said,
“The world today has 6.8 billion people. That’s headed up to about nine billion. Now, if we do a really great job on new vaccines, health care, reproductive health services, we could lower that by, perhaps, 10 or 15 percent. But there, we see an increase of about 1.3.” (Innovating to Zero!, TED official YouTube channel, 20 Feb. 2010)
In 2001, Utah’s legislature, despite their reputation and claims of being staunchly anti-communist, pro-Constitution, and pro-family, voted to honor Eccles with a life size bronze statue. This statue was then erected on the capitol grounds in 2014.

At the ceremony, then Utah governor, Gov. Gary Herbert praised Marriner’s advocacy of socialism saying, “Eccles a pioneer in his own right, leading the nation in economic innovation as the U.S. navigated the pains of the Great Depression and recovery.”
Additionally, the University of Utah has an economics department named after him and using taxpayer dollars, approved by the legislature, to indoctrinate students into anti free market economics.
The headquarters of the Federal Reserve in Washington D.C. is named after Marriner and it is the only building in Washington D.C. named after a Utahan.
With the branch of the Federal Reserve in Salt Lake City, the economic branch of the conspiracy has enormous influence with its board of directors found in a wide cross section of the state’s economy.
