Medical Surveillance Through The United Nations

The World Health Organization (WHO) is planning to use the wealth of Bill Gates to expand the global surveillance apparatus to a degree that anyone with any ailment will be quickly identified and prevented from spreading any disease he is suspected of having.

That unbelievable goal is a substantial part of the scheme known as the W.H.O. Zero Draft of the International Instrument on Pandemic Prevention, Preparedness, and Response.

In a presentation delivered on February 5, “LIVE Q&A on COVID-19 with Dr Maria Van Kerkhove”, explaining the globalists’ purpose in putting the whole world under the watchful eye of Bill Gates and his globalist water carriers, Maria van Kerkhove, the WHO’s COVID-19 Technical Lead, declared,

“We want to end this emergency in every country… so we need to strengthen the systems in countries around surveillance… So that any individual, if they are infected with whatever they have — flu, respiratory syncytial virus [RSV], COVID-19 — will receive that antiviral as quickly as possible.”

 

That’s right. The W.H.O. is calling on member states to deploy more robust surveillance systems in order to identify people with any disease whatsoever so that the “infected” person can be identified and vaccinated “as quickly as possible.”

While I would encourage everyone reading this article to watch Ms. van Kerkhove’s presentation, I would likewise encourage you to read the Zero Draft and acquaint yourself with the WHO’s plans and the language they use to explain and justify the execution of those plans by the governments of WHO member states:

Each Party shall, in accordance with national law, adopt policies and strategies, supported by implementation plans, across the public and private sectors and relevant agencies, consistent with relevant tools, including, but not limited to, the International Health Regulations, and strengthen and reinforce public health functions for… surveillance (including using a One Health approach), outbreak investigation and control, through interoperable early warning and alert systems…. (Chapter IV, Article 11, Section 4(c))

The Parties commit to strengthen multisectoral, coordinated, interoperable and integrated One Health surveillance systems and strengthen laboratory capacity to identify and assess the risks and emergence of pathogens and variants with pandemic potential, in order to minimize spill-over events, mutations and the risks associated with zoonotic neglected tropical and vector-borne diseases, with a view to preventing small scale outbreaks in wildlife or domesticated animals from becoming a pandemic. (Chapter V, Article 18, Section 7)

Pay close attention to the language. This Zero Draft, should it be adopted by WHO, will be enforced upon countries who are signatories to WHO and the citizens of those countries.

Those citizens will be placed under surveillance — surveillance developed, deployed, and driven by a cabal of nameless, faceless, unelected, and unaccountable global bureaucrats who will use these expanded surveillance systems to identify every man, woman, and child in every country who has not been vaccinated and isolate and vaccinate that person so that they cannot “infect” others.

This is the world we live in. The breakneck speed of the expansion of the global surveillance infrastructure is impressive and imposing. I believe the greater scope of the situation is summarized accurately and adequately by Freedom House, who wrote in a blog post on the subject of disease as an excuse for denial of liberty:

“Brick by brick, governments and companies responding to the public health crisis are laying a foundation for tomorrow’s surveillance state. Opaque smartphone apps collect biometric and geolocation data in an effort to automate contact tracing, enforce quarantines, and determine individuals’ health status. State agencies are gaining access to larger swaths of user data from service providers in a process that lacks oversight and safeguards against abuse. Police and private companies are accelerating the rollout of advanced technologies to monitor citizens in public, including facial recognition, thermal scanning, and predictive tools.”

These systems have been deployed with little scrutiny or resistance. Most countries have yet to enact meaningful constraints on the collection and sharing of individuals’ biological information, known as biometric data, by state and corporate actors.

Meanwhile, the past two decades of rapid technological change have already implanted surveillance into nearly every aspect of governance and commercial activity, creating an alarming amount of information that can be vacuumed up and manipulated by state and non-state actors alike.

Freedom House also reminds us of how once these systems are installed they will never be dismantled, no matter how healthy the world became. Furthermore, imagine what hackers could do with the data being collected by these U.N. cameras. Freedom House writes:

“These public health surveillance systems will be remarkably difficult, if not impossible, to decommission. As with national security matters, state agencies will always argue that they need more data to protect the country. There will also be great demand for health-related information from marketers, insurers, credit agencies, and any other industries that could profit from it. Given that the US National Security Agency itself has suffered high-level breaches affecting some of its most sensitive information, it is doubtful that such private actors will be able to defend the data from cyber criminals and state-sponsored hackers.”

We all remember the tracking apps that were created during COVID? Now imagine that the government doesn’t need an app because it has a nearly inescapable surveillance net financed by one of the world’s richest man and deployed on every corner of every country that is a member of the WHO.

That is the world we could soon live in.

The reality is that the bulk of the funding for this surveillance scheme will come from you. You are building the walls of your own prison and you are paying the salaries of the globalist wardens who will keep you confined.

The W.H.O. Intergovernmental Negotiating Body (INB) will meet from February 27 through March 3 to consider the Zero Draft.
