Member Training – Trusting God In the Fight For Liberty

Member training from August 11th 2025.

Tonight’s training was a heartfelt call to action rooted in faith, conviction, and the promises of God. I shared the story of Parley P. Pratt to illustrate how true discipleship demands sacrifice and trust—not in worldly security, but in divine providence. We explored how the cause of liberty is inseparable from the cause of Christ, and how our labor must be directed toward building God’s kingdom, not our own comfort. Through scripture and historical examples—from Moroni to John Hancock—we reaffirmed that resisting the satanic conspiracy and supporting the laborers in Zion are sacred duties. The Lord has promised to sustain those who forsake all for His sake, and our actions must reflect our belief in those promises. This is not just theory—it’s a covenant, a charge, and a test of our faith.

TRANSCRIPT

Our Father in Heaven, we are indeed thankful for the many blessings of God, we are
thankful for this country we have to live in and for the Constitution,
for the prophets,
we ask for Thy Spirit to continue to fly upon us and help us in understanding
our government and the conspiracies that we may be able to overcome them, that we
will hunger for the truths of the gospel and the truths that those given to man
for
their benefit and happiness.
We ask for Thy Spirit to be with us tonight in implementing the things we learn in
the name of Jesus Christ, amen. And I want to start off with telling the story of
this man. Well, of course, getting into it before we do that. What are we doing
with all of this? We are building understanding of and adherence to the principles
that have built free nations. This right here is something that the Founding Fathers
spoke about a lot.
Is their dependence on God and that of course they did as much as they could do
but they recognize that they could do nothing without the help of God and that is
something that we need to make sure that we lean upon and don’t lean on our own
understanding and our own abilities and take away from you know that blessing that
we get when we fully depend upon God and then of course to expose the satanic
conspiracy and to build and effective resistance to that conspiracy. So talking about
this man right here, Pardi P. Fratt. He has written some of my most favorite
theological books, one of them being The Key to the Science of Theology.
Today it would be considered a intellectual piece where at the time it was meant
for the most basic introductory learner. So it really tells you the degradation of
society from the 1860s, 1870s,
until today, where it started off as being something that, you know, an eight -year
-old could understand to something that people with doctorates have a hard time
understanding today. And He tells this story gives account of his dependence on God
in his autobiography Where he had spent some time away from one of his brothers
William and they’ve been had they’ve been reunited With each other this was short.
This was a little bit after his joining With the restored church And he says,
I’m gonna close that mouth, it’s kind of loud. Brother Parley is speaking to his
brother, William, said he, oh, I’m sorry, no, William is talking to Parley. Brother
Parley said he, how have you done all this? When we were last together, you had no
wife, no farm, no house, no orchard, and now you are here with everything smiling
around you. So seeing a huge difference in his life. new blessings,
new things that he was able to use to bless himself and his family. And then he
replied, he says, “I replied that hard work had accomplished it all.” And continued,
“I, we are now about to leave this quiet home, which we have toiled so hard to
make, and perhaps never see it again.” How so, said he, with much surprise and
somewhat of
He’s like you guys have all this new stuff that you guys didn’t have before and
you’re all about to leave all this hard work You just you know abandon all this
hard work the results of this hard work He says I then unholded to him the gospel
and prophecies as they had been open to me and told him that the spirit of these
things Had wrought so powerfully on my mind of late that I could not rest that I
could no longer be contented to dwell in quiet and retirement on my farm,
while I had liked to impart to mankind, of which I knew they were in a great
measure ignorant. Now, I see this as really what we’re all about,
right? The, he had said it all this. It would have been easy for him to say, I
have a family now. I have the things that I need to provide for them and just
said, “I’m here and if anybody needs me, I’ll be glad to help out, but this is
where I’m staying because I’ve established, I’ve worked hard and we’ve done this and
it would be a detriment to my family if we were to abandon it and to have to
start over again.” But he’s saying, “No. Well, because of what I have now, have
now, intellectually, I cannot be contented to just stay here and dwell in this home
with my family quietly. I have to give these things up and have to help others
overcome the ignorance that they were, as a society,
that they were then in.
And he says, “But,” said he, his brother, “if I had 50 acres of land, a
comfortable house, a flew orchard, a beautiful garden, a vethmetto land,
grain, and above all, such beautiful flowers, and so valuable a housekeeper as you
have, and all these things, the work of our own hands, I am sure I would stay and
enjoy the same while I lived, and the world might go on its own jog and its own
way for all me besides how are you going to get your living this is your all you
have toiled for years to obtain it and why not continue to enjoy it so he’s you
know of course he’s saying you know this is the easy thing of at first starting
off with um you know you’ve got the easy life basically set up for you now Just
stay here. That’s the easy response, but he’s like not only that. Are you just
giving up the easy life? But this is how you make your living How are you going
to feed your family? How are you going to provide for them? How are you going to
give them clothing? How are you going to give them shelter? You’ve worked so hard
for this and now you’re abandoning it and you don’t Have any way to provide for
them but you’re and you’re abandoning the way to provide for them.
I then unlocked my treasury and drew from thence a large pocketbook full of
promissory notes like the following. “Whoever shall forsake father or mother, brethren
or sisters, houses or lands, wife or children, for my sake and the gospels shall
receive and a hundredfold in this life and in the world to come, life everlasting.
And another one, if you buy in me and my words abide in you, you shall ask what
you will in my name and I will give it to you. Another one, all things are
possible to him that believeth. So instead of writing his treasury,
his pocketbook, he’s not bringing out cash, he’s not bringing out silver or gold
coins, he’s bringing out a quote book of the promises of the Savior to those that
follow Him.
He continues on, he says, “Now, William said, ‘I, are these the words of Jesus
Christ, or are they not?’ They certainly are,” he said, “I always believe the New
Testament. Then you admit they are genuine bills.” So again,
he’s treating the promises of the Savior as promissory notes that he can depend on.
I do, he says.
Is the signer able to meet the engagements? Is the Savior able to keep his promises
that he’s made? He certainly is. Is he willing? Is the Savior not only able to
fulfill these promises, “but is he willing to fulfill these promises?” He is.
So back and forth, they both admit they’re on the same page, they agree. He says,
“Well then, I am going to fulfill the conditions “to the letter on my part.
“I feel called upon by the Holy Ghost “to forsake my house and home for the
gospel’s sake, “and I will do it placing both both firm on these promises with
nothing else to rely upon.
So he’s saying, I’ve got the promise of the Lord and I have felt the spirit
witness to me that I need to forsake these things in the service of God.
And I am going to not worry about how am I going to feed my family? I’m not
going to worry about how am I going to house my family or close my family, he’s
going to place his faith firmly on the promises of the Savior and nothing else to
fall back on. He is going to fall back on nothing but the promises of the Savior.
If I sink, they are false. If I am sustained, they are true.
I will put them to the test. Experiment shall now establish the truth of Christ’s
promises or the truth of infidelity.” “Well,” said he,
“tried if you will, but for my part, although I always believed the Bible, I would
not dare believe it literally and really stand upon its promises with So he’s,
you know, he had just got finished saying that he believed that those were the
promises of the Saviour. He believed that the Saviour could fulfill those promises,
and he believed that the Saviour was willing to provide those promises, but then
says, not literally. And if I were to do so, I would need some kind of a safety
net to fall back on, just in case the Saviour was not willing to fulfill his
promises. That’s pretty, to me, that’s pretty wild that you just didn’t believe the
Savior and that he was willing to do those things. And so if you were going to
try to trust in God, you wanted to make sure you had a safety net in case God
wasn’t going to catch you. And so, but his brother partly was saying, no, I trust
him completely. And I am going to have nothing, no safety net to fall upon when I
do so. And if the Savior was a liar, then I’m going to sink. But if the Savior
is true, then I am going to be sustained.
And so this is just one example of someone looking at the promises of the Lord and
then being showing his faith through his actions, right? Our actions show the fruit
of our faith. And so some of these other promises along these lines of the Lord
promising us that we don’t need to worry about our sustenance if we will put our
trust and faith in Him, okay? So the Savior further in Luke chapter 12 says,
“And he,” meaning the Savior, “set unto his disciples, therefore I say unto you,
take no thought for your life, what ye shall eat, neither for the body,
what ye shall put on. Don’t think about what your food is going to be or what
your clothes are going to come from. The life is more than meat. The body is more
than raiment. Consider the ravens, for they neither sow nor reap, which neither have
storehouse nor barn, and God feedeth them. How much more are ye better than the
fowls? So I just want to, I don’t want to belabor the point, but I do want to
focus on each one and make sure that it’s sinking in. So he’s talking about birds.
They don’t plant seeds. They don’t pick the crops. And they don’t have a place to
store the crops that are picked. But God feeds them. They don’t want for food.
And he’s saying, “And how much better are you than the sight of God, God in the
very beginning giving you dominion over the birds, how much more better are you than
the fowls? Okay, so if I’m giving this to the birds, what am I going to do for
you? And which of you with taking thought can add it to a stature,
one qubit? So he’s saying you’re not doing anything of yourself anyways. If ye then
be not able to do that thing which is least, why take ye thought for the rest?
So you can’t do anything yourself anyways, so why worry about anything else? Consider
the lilies, how they grow. They toil not, they spin not, and yet I say unto you
that Solomon in all of his glory was not arrayed like one of these. And now he’s
giving the examples, not just of animals, but of plants, of the flowers and how
they are taken care of. And even Solomon did not look like the flowers that he
takes care of. If then God so clothed the grass, which is today in the field and
tomorrow is cast into the oven, how much more will he clothe you, O ye of little
faith. So he’s saying that if you are worried about what you’ll be clothed with,
or how you will be clothed, you are of little faith. Because God takes care of the
grass and He covers it with beautiful flowers. And He, of course, if you have, you
know, you are not having faith if you’re worried about that. Because if He’s taking
care of that, of course, He’s going to take care of you. and seek not what ye
shall eat, or what ye shall drink, neither be ye of doubtful mind.
For all these things do the nations of the world seek after, and your Father
knoweth that ye have need of these things.
But rather seek ye the kingdom of God, and all these things shall be added unto
you.” So he wraps it up. He’s like, “Yeah, of course you need food.” And your
father, your creator, is 100 % mindful of that.
And it’s laughable to think that your father and creator is not aware of your
needs. And so what your focus needs to be as his child is to seek after the
kingdom of God. And if that is where your focus is, then all of these things that
you stand in need of will be taken care of.
Now, this is a very hard thing for most people because, you know, because they
think that, oh, you know, if I don’t do any, you know, and they set up this false
dichotomy in their minds. If I don’t do anything, then how will I take care of my
family? And he’s not saying don’t do anything. He says seek you the kingdom of God.
And then the Lord will show you what you need to do. He will take care of you in
these ways. And that if our focus is on the building of the kingdom of God,
then our mind can be clear to receive the revelations that he of what he wants us
to do. And if we’re focused on doing what he wants us to do, he will take care
of it. That is his promise to you, and his promise is sure. And it has been
tested and has been tried throughout all generations of time, and has been proven
that his promises are true.
Okay. In 2nd Nephi, you hear another promise and a expectation.
He says, “And except that they should have charity, they were nothing. Wherefore,
if they should have charity, they would not suffer the laborer and Zion to perish.”
So that, of course, is an important aspect is the laborer. Not the slothful doesn’t
eat the bread of the laborer, of course. But if the laborer and Zion, that person
that is working to build the kingdom of God,
if they are doing that so that they do not perish,
those that have means to support them are obligated to support them.
As an individual, if you have the ability to help those that are building the
kingdom of God, you are obligated to not suffer them to perish. So that is one of
the ways that You know that that promise that is you’re building the kingdom of God
He grants you through others Your food your Raymond your house okay He says but the
laborer in Zion shall not labor for Zion But if the laborer in Zion shall I’m
sorry, but the laborer in Zion shall labor for Zion or if they labor for money
they shall perish and And so just like in the garden where Adam was told that in
the day that he ate the fruit, he would die. It’s that same idea of, you know,
they shall perish doesn’t mean of course there are wicked people that prosper their
entire lives, but their souls are cankered and their eternal reward is damnation.
And so if our efforts are to only labor for money. And that is our focus is not
to build the kingdom of God, but our labor is for money, then we are going to
perish. Because our work, all of our efforts are to be for building the kingdom of
God, building Zion. So if we are trying to accumulate things, we’re not supporting
those that need our, the labor in Zion that is working, then we are,
are showing our, by our, our fruits that we are laboring for money.
And this principle, again, was taught by mainstream Christianity.
I’ve quoted this book many, many times, but he actually tackles this principle in
this book. And it’s regards to, he’s kind of following up with the principle of the
idea of rendering unto Caesar that which is Caesar’s.
And so he says Christ links together what is due to God and what is due to
Caesar. Render to Caesar what is Caesar’s and to God what is God’s.
Now Scripture tells us in Proverbs 19 -17 that what is given to the poor is lent
to God. So, when you give to the poor, when you support the poor,
you’re giving, you’re basically, you’re helping God, you’re lending to God.
By both divine law and natural justice, the poor have a rightful claim on our
estates. They are to be cared for, not driven to desperation, yet when we give in
to the demands of corrupt rulers, feeding their excess and indulgence, we strip the
poor of what is theirs. Now, this I think this is going to be very much,
maybe a troubling thought to many, especially when we think of the idea of the
poor, not being deserving of anything of ours because we worked for it.
But what he’s saying here is no, they have a rightful claim on it. If we have the
ability to do so, they have a claim to it. It is our obligation to God to do so.
It is theirs because everything is God’s. God has given it to us to give to those
that are in need. In doing so, we rob God under the guise of honoring Caesar,
giving away what was never Caesars to begin with.
So when we pay to Caesar, what is rightfully our neighbors, we are putting up
Caesar, or the government, as a false idol.
So again, And those that fought for our, you know, liberty and they fought for
independence, they could not have done what they did if it wasn’t for those that
recognized this godly obligation. In a letter to John Adams about his cousin Samuel,
said that Samuel Adams was a very artful designing man, but desperately poor and
wholly dependent on his popularity with the lowest vulgar for his living.
So he was not able to provide for himself in the traditional sense that John Adams
as a lawyer was able to provide for himself and his family, but Samuel Adams
depended on the charity of others so that he could do the work of American
independence, so that he could do the pamphleteering, so that he could write the
letters and write the articles and stir the people up and give his speeches. Another
example giving in that same letter to Timothy Pickering from John Adams,
he talked about another man, Thomas Cushing. John Adams says that Mr. Thomas Cushing
was a harmless kind of man but poor and wholly dependent upon his popularity for
his substance. So again, another example of another individual that was a leader in
the fight for independence that could not his support his family doing anything but
what he was doing and was dependent upon those that recognized the value of the
cause to ensure that he was able to provide for his family because he was laboring
for Zion in these things.
For example, on the other end, so John Hancock was not a poor individual like
Samuel Adams. He did not depend on others to be able to do what he did for
liberty. But in fact, it was him that provided the means for others to work for
for for liberty. Okay, and and what’s the to The extent in which he sacrificed to
provide the means for others to fight for liberty is, to me, mind boggling and is
an example for us all. John Hancock not only signed his name, right,
the famous signature on the Declaration of Independence, but he put his money where
his pen was donating what would equal over $28 million in today’s money money for
the cause of independence. So I think we would all recognize that $28 million for
the cause of liberty is no small chunk of change to do so. But some people would
say, well, if he’s worth a billion dollars, then 28 million isn’t a whole lot.
So what was his value? What was his net worth where he was able to donate $28
million to the cause of independence. And in fact,
it was everything. It was his entire net worth. It was not extra money. It was
every dime that he had. He was worth $28 million and he donated $28 million for
the cause of
Oh, you know, I’ve got an extra, you know, 50 bucks to go throw at Sam Adams this
month. He was giving literally everything he had to ensure that this operation was
moving forward.
Every single penny he had.
Okay, and because in it, so this is, This is again linking this all together.
This isn’t just about you know The the cause of liberty is the cause of France.
These are totally and absolutely connected and
We have this really spelled out in the story where Moroni Lifts the title of
Liberty that we’re all aware of I’m not gonna go through and read again with the
title of Liberty States But I want to go through and show how it is liberty that
is the cause of Christ of which they are all talking about. When they are talking
about fighting for the cause of Christ and the cause of Zion, the cause of liberty
is a major part of that. So we read, “Baroni bowed himself to the earth,
and he prayed mightily unto his God for the blessings of liberty to rest upon his
brethren, so long as there should a band of Christians remain to possess the land.
Okay? So he wanted the blessings of liberty for as long as there were Christians.
So linking that right there. So if Christians were no longer there, of course,
liberty wouldn’t be there anymore. And recognizing that fact right there, linking the
two together specifically. “For thus were all the true believers of Christ who
belonged to the church of God, called by those who did not belong to the church.
So those that were did not believe in Christ, you know, called those that did,
called them Christians. And those who did belong to the church were faithful.
Yea, all those who were true believers in Christ took upon them gladly, the name of
Christ, or Christians as they were called, because of their belief in Christ who
should come.
And therefore, at this time, Moroni prayed that the cause of the Christians and the
freedom of the land might be favored. So what is the cause of Christians? The cause
of Christians is the cause of liberty, cause of freedom of the land.
There is no separating the two. They are one and the same. If you are fighting
for, if you are living for the cause of Christ, you are living for the cause of
liberty. And if you are living for the cause of liberty, you are, by default,
living for the cause of Christ. If you are leaving out one, you are leaving out
the other. If you’re saying I’m going to live for Christ, but I’m gonna leave
liberty and freedom to others, you are a liar and you are not fighting for the
cause of Christ.
‘Cause the cause of liberty, of course, is that anyone can call themselves a
follower of Christ. Continuing on, “And when Moroni had said these words, he went
forth among the people, waving the rent part of his garment in the air, that all
might see the writing which he had written upon the rent part, and crying with a
loud voice, saying, Behold, whosoever will maintain this title upon the land, title
of liberty, let them come forth in the strength of the Lord, and enter into a
covenant that they will maintain their rights and their religion that the Lord God
may bless them. Okay, again linking liberty to their religion.
They were inseparable and they would not get the blessings of God if they did not
fight for them as a united
This is part of their covenant as followers of Christ to maintain their rights if
they were to expect blessings.
Now this was the covenant which they made and they cast their garments at the feet
of Moroni saying, “We covenant with our God that we shall be destroyed, even as our
brethren in the land northward, if we shall fall into transgression.” So what would
be transgression, what would transgression be in this example? It would be not
fighting for their freedom, not fighting for their rights, not fighting for their
religion. Yeah, he may cast us at the feet of our enemies even as we have cast
our garments at thy feet to be trodden underfoot if we shall fall into
transgression. So they’re saying we deserve to be destroyed if If we fall into
transgression, we deserve to be destroyed if we fail to defend support the cause of
liberty.
So again, Christ’s cause. So this example of Moroni and what he did,
you know, is this something that is looked down upon? Is it something that is given
as an example of how we should behave. While the scriptures say, “Verily I say unto
you, if all men had been and were and ever would be, like unto Moroni,
behold, the very powers of hell would have been shaken forever. Yay, the devil would
never have power over the hearts of the children of men.” So this is something when
people ask me to sign my book for them. The thing And I throw a quote with it
from Ether chapter eight, which is that evil may be done away. So how is evil done
away? The powers of hell would be shaken and the devil would have no power. If we
were like Moroni, who did what? Made people or had people enter into a covenant to
defend and fight for liberty.
So if we were all like that, Of course, Satan would not have power. And that is
one of the ways that we make sure that evil has no more power over the hearts of
men.
So again, getting to the commandments, going to Ether chapter 8. What is one of the
commandments regarding these things that we have been given?
Maronite says, “Wherefore it is wisdom in God that these things,” meaning the
conspiracy, “should be shown unto you, that thereby ye may repent of your sins, and
suffer not that these murderous combinations shall get above you.” So what is the
sin that you need to repent of? And you, being the royal you, me included,
is allowing the conspiracy to get above you,
says, “And the murderous combinations shall get above you,
which are built up to get power and gain; and the work, yea, even the work of
destruction, come upon you, yea, even the sort of the justice of the eternal God
shall fall upon you, to your overthrow and destruction, if ye shall suffer these
things to be.” So
you do not, if you do, if you allow the conspiracy to continue, your individual
personal efforts lead to your individual personal consequences. And so you as an
individual will have a consequence given to you if you do not repent of your sins
and stop allowing the conspiracy to get above you. Now, you know, there’s different
ways that can be done, whether that is like your, you know, You’re John Hancock
where you are donating the money to make sure that it happens or you are out there
doing the work That is the way those are the those are two of the ways that we
are to ensure That we do not allow the conspiracy to continue The Lord commandeth
you when you shall see these things come among you that you shall awake to a sense
of your awful situation Because of this year which shall be among you. So he’s
saying that he knows that it’s there, and that you have to wake up to it, and
that you’re commanded that when you wake up to it, that you stop allowing it to
happen through your efforts, through your resources, through your time, through your
talents, that you put all of those things into the cause of Zion,
otherwise you will perish.
And so, but the Lord, of course, do we believe the promises of God? And first
Nephi, Nephi tells us that he said to his father, talking about he was given a
commandment, he was given something really hard to do. He had to go get something
that was going to be very difficult to do. He says, “I will go and do the things
which the Lord hath commanded, for I know that the Lord giveth no commandments
“Under the children of men, save he shall prepare a way for them that they may
accomplish the thing which he commanded them.” So in this circumstance, he was
commanded to go and get the only record of the scriptures that they have. They had
to go get some scriptures to bring with them as they were commanded to flee the
city of Jerusalem. And the person that had the scriptures had armies And he had the
ability to arrest Nephi and his family and he had you know,
and to imprison him And so the you know, it his brothers were complaining saying
that’s impossible. That’s crazy and Nephi saying yeah, it’s you know,
it looks like it’s impossible to our own strength It’s probably sounds crazy because
it’s impossible. So if you do something that’s possible, you’re crazy. But guess
what? God doesn’t tell you to do something unless he provides a way to do it. And
a lot of the time he doesn’t tell you how he’s going to open up the way for you
to do it. And they went through several different strategies.
They went through, they had like three different plans to go through. And the first
two didn’t work. And it came to a the Lord,
you know, after they put forth their effort, the Lord provided the way, but even
with the the drunk making Laban, the guy that had the scriptures drunk,
Nephi still had to do something. It wasn’t like God just made him drunk and now
they were able to, you know, they had them. He still had to take certain steps on
his own. He still had to water the garden and then God provided the sunshine in
the rain. And so this is exactly the, so do we believe God? Just like we talked
about in the very beginning, with Party Pratt saying, these are the promissory notes
that we’ve been given by God that if we do X, then he gives us Y. Do we believe
God that if he tells us to do something like not allow to see your combinations to
exist anymore, He is going to keep His promise that He is going to give you a way
to not allow the conspiracy to exist anymore. And we either believe that He’s going
to keep His promise or we don’t. And our actions show if we do or we don’t.
So again, do our actions reflect our belief? Now going through this,
recapping each of these principles that I’ve covered tonight, our efforts are to
build up God’s kingdom, not our bank accounts. So our efforts, our work, our labor
is to, again, right, build God’s kingdom and then, or to use our resources that
we’ve been blessed with to help others that are working to build God’s kingdom. The
cause of liberty is the cause of Christ. They are inseparable. You cannot do one
without the other. If you claim you’re doing one without the other, you’re a liar.
We are to destroy this year of combinations as another commandment, and we are to
take care of those in need for the cause of liberty with everything that we have.
Follow the example of John Hancock. Hold nothing back. Show that you believe God by
holding nothing back and giving everything Everything you have, the cause of liberty,
not worrying about how you’re going to take care of those things because God has
already promised you that He will take care of you. God does not give commandments
that He does not provide a way to fulfill.
He is not told us to destroy those secret combinations without telling us, without
providing a way whether we know about it or not, without providing a way to do it.
He has not told us to build the kingdom of God without providing a way to do it
Now are we going to follow and use our actions to show that we believe?
Him and his promises we believe that his commandments are real that his promises and
his blessings are real or not How we act will show that
so of course with that
Let’s go into
some Q &A and the last few minutes of training so
Yes, so just looking at the at the chat Becky asked define who the poor are not
some bum on the street But hopefully you I don’t know if you caught that and I
hopefully I was clear with that Yes, the scriptures are very clear that you know if
the if he does not labor for Zion then he does not get the the bread of the
labor the scriptures are very clear it is those that do the work that are building
up the kingdom of God that are those that the poor are and that those that have a
an obligation that we have an obligation to.
So I hope that answers your question Becky Becky, but yes, of course, the guy
that’s, you know, making that is just refusing to do anything, he’s doing drugs, and
he’s stealing, and he’s, you know, living a life of disrepute,
living a life that shows that he is not a serpent of God, and I would say, of
course, he does not qualify for that. So, yes,
Mark. Mark?
Yes, I have one big subject here. It’s regarding the promises of God. But Mark,
I just want to mention when you said, do not allow the conspiracy. Can you hear me
okay? Yes, yes. Okay. Do not allow the conspiracy to get above you. I’m thinking
it’s referring to do not be fooled by conspiracy. But of course, you have to stop
being fooled to fight it successful and so that I can see both meetings in that
but my main issue here is all encompassing army all encompassing there’s no
separation of those yeah and uh and oh and and my last point if that’s the case
there’s sure a lot of sinners in the world because Sodom and Gomorrah levels of
sinners that are being manipulated by the conspiracy conspiracy and enabling it in so
many ways but promises okay the blessings of God now much of your presentation the
letter half especially was from the Book of Mormon’s prophecy there but you know you
also cited from scripture some and my reading and understanding of scripture yes it’s
clear that God through the prophets and said there will be blessings in this world,
at least to some extent, for those who will follow him. But on the other side of
the issue, he also said, pick up your cross and follow me, and you will die for
me. And he said to the disciples, I don’t remember the exact words,
you will have trials, you’ll have a bad life to some extent on this planet and you
know they were all martyred as you know probably except for John and so many of
the great Christian leaders through the you know the millennium have died.
They were martyrs and suffered tremendously for following Christ. I recommend,
if you’re not familiar with the book of Mormons, I think I heard a review of about
45 minutes, and I think it was like 5 ,000 of the great Christian leaders from the
Biblical era, all the way, Christ era, all the way until recent centuries,
where it had been killed and martyred for following Christ. My thought is that In
some of the scriptures it refers to seeking the king of God and your blessing will
not be on this plane on earth, but your blessing will be much greater in the
world, the life thereafter, in other words in paradise for eternity.
So I think that we have, I think that’s kind of important that blessing may not be
so much or even at here on the earth, what will be after it. Now,
that may disagree with a conflict with the Book of Mormon, more than I think it
does with scripture, but I’m open to comments on this point. – No,
so the point is, is that your eternal reward is what we are supposed to be looking
after, not for our riches here on the earth. And that, You know, there are examples
just, you know, we have, just like with Daniel and the lion’s den, he was
protected, but you have in the Book of Mormon, you have a benedi who was burned at
the stake for testifying of the Savior. And so, yeah, just because you’re doing the
right thing doesn’t mean you’re not going to have to carry your cross. But we have
to, and my point was that our, do our actions show that we So that we believe the
Savior in all things, that He will fulfill His promises, whether it is here or in
the eternities, and if we don’t, then our actions are going to show that as well.
And I think it could be both, blessings here on earth. Oh, for sure. And that
happens all the time, absolutely.
But what the point is is that we can’t be afraid, and that’s, I think, what the
Savior was saying in the Is you know, why are you worried about these things when
I’m taking care of and your father is taking care of all of these things? Don’t
worry about it. Do the right thing no matter what?
According to scripture, there is one thing we should be a putt freight up. It’s God
himself
That’s the only thing like a
Yeah, the hundred scriptures that refer compared to their God, the great prophets and
others.
– Any other questions or comments from anybody else? – I had a dream a year or two
ago. And the dream was that gold was $1 ,000 an ounce. And I was like,
get out of here. What a great deal. And when I woke up, I knew that the dream
meant treasure in heaven right now gold it your treasure in heaven right now is so
cheap Yeah, that you want to invest in it now you want to invest it now absolute
now is the time to get in
Look at the market in a few decades. Oh, it’s 3500 an ounce in real life. I mean,
yeah, it’s right here Yeah, 3300. I think that’s what it is So,
any of the comments or questions about training?
