Ben McClintock
Ben McClintock has strong roots in the liberty movement. He is the founder as well as membership coordinator and investigative reporter for Tree of Liberty Society. Prior to that, he was a coordinator for the John Birch Society and co-founder of Defending Utah.
Ben has been featured in USA Today, Fox News, and many other regional newspapers throughout the west. He is a popular guest and regularly appears on radio programs like the nationally syndicated Kate Dalley Show.
Ben also recently co-produced the popular documentary, “The 12th Article of Faith: Must Christians Obey the Government,” among many others which can be viewed on the Tree of Liberty YouTube channel. With over 15 years of experience in original research, writing, speaking, and organizational leadership—Ben strives to bring a strong foundation and understanding of freedom to Tree of Liberty Society and all its members.

Man, you’ve been through some serious persecution. Just remember all the scripture verses about the glory that will come upon those who endure such abuse from the lying false-accusing servants of the devil. Making the devil angry = rewards in heaven.

Ben, since you and I are both LDS, let me add this comment: One of my major pet peeves are “Mormons”. They claim to read the scriptures and have a testimony of the truthfulness of the Book of Mormon, but I think they are (the majority of them) GUTLESS COWARDS or they are outright lying. Does Ether chapter 8 not command us to expose the corruption? How about D&C 88 verses 74 and on….., are we not obligated to expose the corruption? Yet it was my own Stake President that said: “We are afraid that you are going to get the church kicked out of the corporation.” It was Cory Johnson who escorted me to the doors and told me not to come back or they would have the police come and arrest me. (Apparently he is/was so stupid that he thought there is a police department for Hyrum, Utah~~~) He was one of the counselors to Bishop Friedley who I witnessed intimidating the deacons when one of them made a simple mistake on the sacrament prayer. It was clearly obvious they were scared of him and intimidated, which is probably why they made the mistake to begin with. I promptly wrote him an LNL that if I ever saw him do it again I would, not may, take lawful action against him. Did the Stake President not make it perfectly clear that they are “PRO CORPORATION”? Is the church supposed to be a corporation? It wasn’t until 1905. I was baptized at 8 years of age. Is that an age of being able to make a lawful contract? Was there “full and complete, honest disclosure” about the church being a corporation? Were we taught at such an early age about what a corporation is, that of a “corp”, a dead entity? I was recently informed that Jesus Christ has removed his name from the church because of corruption. I have not yet verified this, but it makes perfectly clear sense to me.
Sarah Menet, who has had a near death experience, is a member of the church, was shown much and commanded to share some of what she was shown, does not talk much about the church in the afterlife. She stresses the “Church of the First Born”. I have personally talked with her about such matters. She has written a book about these matters. It is called “THERE IS NO DEATH”. She shares a lot of what is in our very near future, and saw 9/11 two years before it happened. Utah, especially SLC, is going to be severely humbled. Many of the church members are “WOLVES in sheep’s clothing”, but the naive don’t see it.
Wheat and tares living side by side in the Church. Which are you? It depends on whose doctrines you choose to follow, Christ or the Corp!

Court cases reveal that they are not there to protect us, but merely code enforcement agents. Did we consent to those “Corporate Bylaws”? Did most people even know they are not law, just corporate codes which most everyone does not have to bow down to, only those who willingly, of their own free will and agency choose to submit to?
Amen, it’s corporate policies ,independent of the Rule of Constitutional Law.. They are pirates. Plundering the people-private businesses forcing their policies on us, we’re the “customers ” and according to SCOTUS findings can contract or not with whoever we want! So we don’t have to do business with them. Some of these deep state plunderers know they have no authority, and that they are heartless pirates, they don’t want us to let others know that they are!
Utah County officials are among the most corrupt in the STATE.
And as they say, in legal circles, “you can get a ham sandwich, indicted on probable cause!”

I do not agree with everything that you have said or done, but in regards to this “no knock” raid and continued law enforcement harassment, I am completely with you. Americans have a right to disagree with each other without the fear of retaliation from each other and especially government officials and law enforcement. You have our prayers and support for liberty.

Ben, I was so distressed to learn about this recent abuse of power against you in our “conservative state.” The same night, at my FHE group, I was showing Dinesh D’Sousa’s recent documentary, Police State, This is showing the weaponization of various departments against anyone who has the temerity to speak out against abuse of the Constitution, or corruption at any level in our government, as well as corporations working with the government to circumvent the laws of the land. Your story fits right in. I am sure that we who love liberty will be seeing more and more of this kind of persecution and your stalwart actions will stand as an example for other freedom lovers to follow.

I was never taken into custody. When they were done with their illegal search, they left the house. I’m not sure what you’re referencing to with “the corporation”. Is there a time stamp you can direct me to when that is referenced?
I too, am LDS. And, ashamed of those that violate our laws — in the name of the law. I too, have had my 4th Amendment violations to address. They came from Millard Co. We probably should speak at some point.

Ben, I belong to a large group of citizens, who are fed up with the breadth and depth of corruption that is saturating not only Utah but the USA. Hi Ben. Nice to chat with you today. A no knock warrant reminds me of a pre-American Revolution document used by the British to stop smuggling. As you may know, it was call a Writ of Assistance. In 1760, James Otis, then an attorney for the Crown, gave a hours long repudiation of the Writ to a pack courtroom before he quit his job. Sitting in the room was a 26 year old John Adams. For those who do not know, a Writ of Assistance is a general search warrant. It does not name a place, a person or a thing to be searched for. It was the ultimate free pass. Read the 4th Amendment and see if this might be a reason for that Amendment. Be safe and well.
